- Sanj's first television debut was at the age of eight on the TV show Rainbow.
- Sanj was part of the team that delivered the 2Pac hologram at Coachella back in 2012. This initiative won Titanium at the Cannes Lions.

- Sanj had a featured role in the Disney live action remake of Aladdin. He played a Wrong Wisher named "Waleed the Wicked" but his scene did not make the cinematic edit of the film. However, a pre-production version of the scene can be seen on the "Bloopers, deleted scenes and bonus clips" addition to the home release.
- Sanj is part of the Hoopla Improv team "Track 96" and is also a house comedian at Flappers Comedy Club in Los Angeles.
- Sanj was appointed as a Trustee to the English Touring Theatre in October 2021.
- Sanj played a Kamar-Taj Archer in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. He was vaporized by the Scarlet Witch (played by Elizabeth Olsen) during the the Kamar-Taj attack scene. Sanj kept this scene secret until the film finally screened and was inundated with messages from his friends with one stating to him "I swear I just saw you in that new Dr Strange flick. I know that scream anywhere".

- Sanj was responsible for the design, development and production of an Elizabeth II hologram delivered during her Diamond Jubilee in 2012. The hologram was commissioned by the BBC for a special show to highlight the fashion of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 2nd using holographic technology. This show aired during Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee back in 2012 and was hosted by fashion legend, Twiggy and premier bridal designer Stewart Parvin. The idea for the show was for Twiggy and Stewart to discuss the evolution of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 2nd style onstage with holograms of Her Majesty taken from different eras.
- On Wednesday 15th November 2023, Sanj performed as a "Warrior" at London's first ever Batsu! show.
