At last.

As loyal celebrity gossip followers are likely well aware of by now, Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have been going back and forth over the state of their relationship and divorce for several months now.

Last we heard, each side accused the other of domestic violence.

Kroy Biermann is looking to sell the $3 million mansion he shares with his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak. In a court document obtained by Et, the 37-year-old former NFL pro requests an emergency hearing to get permission to put their house in Alpharetta, Georgia, on the market.

It is Kroy’s hope that if he can sell the house, the money can help to alleviate some of the “significant debt” he and Kim have accrued over the course of their marriage.

The court doc notes that the estranged couple faced foreclosure proceedings in February 2023, and their marital home was set to be auctioned on March 7. However, the parties were able to avoid foreclosure and the residence was taken off the auction block. The embattled reality star — who is currently in the midst of a high-profile divorce as well as numerous legal battles and lawsuits — took to her Instagram story on Monday to field questions from followers.

Zolciak held the impromptu Q&a to pass time during a flight, which she took alongside her daughter, Brielle Biermann. When asked where she was going, Zolciak simply teased she was headed to “werk.”

Brielle and Ariana Biermann, daughters of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Bermann, are getting their own reality TV show called Cut Off where they are moving to Los Angeles to start their own business and they are no longer being financially supported by their family. The girls first appeared on television as young kids when their mom Kim became an original cast member of Rhoa. The family then was on their own show called Don’t Be Tardy for eight seasons until it was canceled in 2020.

The show will follow Brielle, 25, and Ariana, 21, as they head across the country from Atlanta and start their own lives where they will fend for themselves. The girls will have to rely on themselves and their friends to see if they have what it takes to make it on their own. Former The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak-Biermann broke her silence about Ariana Biermann’s recent DUI arrest.

Ariana was arrested on August 13 after a car crash. She denied being impaired and said she was anxious following the accident and plans to fight the charges wholly.

Along with Ariana, her on-again-off-again boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, was also arrested on alcohol-related charges. Both have since bonded out as they await the next steps.

The reality TV star’s daughter was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, underage possession/purchase of alcohol, and misdemeanor improper/erratic lane change.

Until now, neither Kim nor Kroy Biermann has said anything about Ariana’s situation.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann‘s daughter, Ariana Biermann, is denying allegations that she was drunk driving after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday.

According to public records obtained by Et, the 20-year-old social media influencer was charged with several misdemeanors, including one count of driving under the influence, improper/erratic lane change and underage alcohol possession/purchase of alcohol in Forsyth County, Georgia. Ariana has since been released on a 5,120 bond.

According to People, Ariana was said to have been reportedly driving alongside her boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, 20. According to public records, he too was arrested for an alleged DUI, along with allegedly furnishing alcohol to a minor and violating the conditions of his limited driving permit.

In a statement to Et, Ariana’s attorney, Justin Spizman, revealed that the reality TV star was involved in a “minor fender bender” but maintained that she was not “impaired by alcohol” while driving.
