Eli was a competitive gymnastics, training with Olympic coaches like Béla Károlyi her training began at age 3 for 10 years, transitioning to competitive diving, cheer-leading competition squad, the only girl on the baseball team, soccer and a love of sports.

Eli's discovery by legendary photographer 'Giovanni Lunardi' , He became famous by discovering some of the most famous models in the world: 'Gretta Sachi', Valeria Mazza, Charlize Theron, Brooke Shields and Heidi Klum, also working Charlize Theron Antonio Pietrangeli Bernardo Bertolucci.

When Elizabeth first began her career modeling at the age of 14 she was signed with Elite Models and Michelle Pommier Modeling.
