Fandom is multifaceted, and each of these 10 novels has a unique take on how pop culture shapes our lives. There’s a ’90s classic about digital D&d alongside a contemporary account of game designers from the Oregon Trail generation. Historical fiction set during comics’ Golden and Bronze Ages gives way to a cautionary tale about superheroes’ collateral damage. And while cons can be the setting for geeky romance meet-cutes, they can also be the site of Misery-inspired thrillers.

Britta Lundin is channeling her teen TV knowledge into Ya fiction. This week, the current Riverdale writer sees the release of her debut novel, Ship It, a lighthearted examination of the intersection of teen TV, queer representation and fan fiction.

Hey, "Riverdale" fans. Unfortunately, we have some bad news to share with you guys in this article. It turns out that the last episode 9 of the current season 2 was indeed the midseason finale. That means the show will be taking a break for a while. It will be missing in action starting tomorrow night, Wednesday, December 20,2017. So, be sure to make note of that date. Thanks to the show's official Wikia page , we do have the premiere date for the new, next episode 10. It is currently scheduled to hit the airwaves on Wednesday night, January 17,2018. So, be sure to mark that very important date down on your TV show calendars. Their Wikia page also gave us the title for episode 10. It's labeled, "Chapter Twenty Three: The Blackboard Jungle." Episode 10 was written by Britta Lundin and Brian E. Paterson. So, give them a round of applause. We're sure they did a great job on it.
