Koala is a character who appears in a show called The Masked Singer. On the show, the judges don’t know who is behind the mask they just guess by listening to the music.
It is a show where celebrities walk in the costume and perform in front of the audience while wearing the mask.
Koala is dressed in a costume of three musketeers. The dress was in red and had a sword belt. The judges think to start it must be Dallas Cowboy legend Michael Irvin. Rita Ora thinks it must be someone who played a role in the show Brooklyn Nine-Nine Terry Crews.
The judges on the show were shocked to see the Koala who had revealed his face. He is one of the forward NFL Hall of Fame and Super Bowl champion player Demarcus Ware. He sang the song Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Tears for Fears from Bumblebee.

“It all started with ‘Dancing with the Stars’,” says NFL Hall of Fame player DeMarcus Ware while discussing his latest venture into reality TV. Then, what really sparked my interest was when I sang “The National Anthem” at the Hall of Fame Game. Group A contestants returned to the stage on “The Masked Singer” Wednesday, April 10 for “Transformers Night.” After singing their hearts out for panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong and Rita Ora, the bottom two acts were eliminated. Wednesday night was the end of the road for not one, but two “Masked Singer” contestants, marking the first double elimination of the season. And so, fans had to say goodbye to both Koala and Lovebird.
The theme of the night was “Transformers,” with contestants singing songs that were featured in the movie franchise. For Lovebird, that meant a performance of the Goo Goo Dolls’ “All That You Are,” which appeared on the “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” soundtrack.
After that, Koala performed “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” by Tears for Fears, which was part of the “Bumblebee” soundtrack.
In the end, Lovebird was the first to be eliminated, and was unmasked to reveal former “The Bachelor” star Colton Underwood. And, apparently, his appearance on the show has been a long time coming.

There’s a reason to watch the New York Jets again, and it’s not to see a train wreck. The Jets swung a dramatic trade for quarterback Aaron Rodgers, a Super Bowl champion and four-time NFL Mvp in 18 seasons with the Green Bay Packers, in the hope of ending a 12-season playoff drought and a skid of seven straight losing seasons. Fans could see Rodgers in action with Gang Green when the NFL preseason starts Thursday, August 3 at the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio, where the Jets face the Cleveland Browns in primetime on NBC. Make your vote count this election — and on “Dancing with the Stars.” The show will have a double elimination on Monday, Nov. 2, aka Election Day eve.
ABC is dubbing the episode “Double Elimination Night — Use Your Vote!”, encouraging fans to vote for their faves to avoid the feared double axing and, oh yeah, for the the future of our country. “Dancing with the Stars” premieres Monday night, but fans of the show who have made their predictions here in our predictions center already think they know who will win. Country singer Lauren Alaina is the odds-on favorite, according to the combined forecasts of our users, followed closely by Fifth Harmony pop singer Ally Brooke. If we’re right, they’ll have plenty to sing about this fall.
Alaina currently gets leading odds of 13/5. She rose to fame on “American Idol,” so on paper that makes her a lot like Kellie Pickler, who won the Mirrorball trophy in Season 16. Brooke follows close behind with 3/1 odds, and probably for similar reasons. As a singer from a popular girl group, she resembles Season 10 victor Nicole Scherzinger from the Pussycat Dolls, as well as Brooke’s former Fifth Harmony bandmate Normani, who finished third in Season 24.

Although the ratings have dropped over time, fans shouldn't worry too much that ABC will cancel its Dancing with the Stars TV show. It still performs well for the network, and is probably far less expensive to produce than some lower-rated scripted dramas. Still, the day may come when they decide to give the format a rest, so we're keeping an eye on the Nielsen ratings just in case. Will Dancing with the Stars be cancelled or renewed for season 28? Stay tuned. *Status update below.

My, what a strange season of Dancing With the Stars it has been.
Before the reality competition kicked off its 27th season back in September, I took a stab at predicting how the weekly eliminations would shake out — and boy, was I so wrong. (A Juan Pablo Di Pace/DeMarcus Ware final two? That’s something out of an alternate universe.)
While frontrunners like Tinashe and Juan Pablo were eliminated earlier than expected, fan favorites like Grocery Store Joe and Bobby Bones defied the odds and survived each cut, resulting in one of the show’s most unpredictable seasons ever.

Gold Derby users were ahead of the curve when predicting the “Dancing with the Stars” season 27 Mirror Ball Trophy. Evanna Lynch has been the front-runner to win since week six, when the female celebs were still dropping like flies and it looked like there might be an all-male finals. But Lynch outlasted previous Mirror Ball favorites like DeMarcus Ware and Juan Pablo Di Pace, and now the “Harry Potter” actress is still positioned to win. But does she deserve to win? Well, that’s another story.
According to the combined predictions of hundreds of Gold Derby users, Lynch gets leading odds of 5/4 to prevail, but that lead is far from safe. That only translates to about a 44% chance of victory, and teenage Disney Channel star Milo Manheim is breathing down her neck with odds of 13/8, or a 38% chance of winning. It’s neck-and-neck between those two while radio personality Bobby Bones...

They say hindsight is 20/20, which is good because our “Dancing with the Stars” foresight should have gotten its eyes checked back in September. It’s always tough to know who is out front to win the Mirror Ball Trophy before anyone has set foot on stage, but Gold Derby users have a decent track record of picking the top contenders sight unseen. Not so in season 27. This time our initial forecasts did a face-plant on the ballroom floor.
Give us some credit, though. In season 25 we correctly predicted Jordan Fisher and Lindsey Stirling as the first and second place finishers before the season even started. And in the shortened “Athletes” season we were right that Adam Rippon would win before the competition got underway. So perhaps we’re to be forgiven that none of our top four predicted contenders at the beginning of this season match the actual top four...

Witney Carson, Alan Bersten, Sharna Burgess and Keo Motsepe are the four pros in the “Dancing with the Stars” final. Three of them, Bersten, Burgess and Motsepe, are seeking their first win, but a victory for two of them, Burgess and Motsepe, would be very, very sweet after some tough, long and unlucky roads.
Burgess is by far the most overdue of any pro still awaiting their first Mirrorball trophy. A pro since Season 16 and the only female pro this season who hasn’t won, she has three runner-up placements — Nick Carter (Season 21), James Hinchcliffe (Season 23) and Josh Norman (Season 26) — and one third-place finish, with Noah Galloway in Season 20. She may have won in any other season with these people — and even Charlie White, who had to settle for fifth place in Season 18 while the show pimped his ice dancing partner Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy — but she had the...

“Dancing with the Stars” fans flooded Gold Derby with their outraged reactions after the elimination of the show’s highest-scoring contestant during the Semi-Finals: “Fuller House” star Juan Pablo Di Pace was eliminated in fifth place, tied with Joe “Grocery Store Joe” Amabile who was sent home at the same time in a double elimination. Our readers thought it was “ridiculous,” a “debacle,” an “injustice,” “not acceptable” and it “really sucks” — but tell us how you really feel.
Our poll results reflect the ire of readers’ comments. A whopping 93% of fans thought Di Pace was robbed of a spot in the finals, compared to only 7% who thought he deserved to be eliminated. And a resounding 88% of respondents said it was the worst elimination of the season, far worse than the surprise ousters of Tinashe (9%) or DeMarcus Ware (2%).

This has been a weird season of “Dancing with the Stars” all around, from the shocking longevity of Joe Amabile and Bobby Bones to a number of eliminations we didn’t see coming. But the most surprising eliminations happened to befall celebrities of color, leaving the upcoming finale without much diversity. How did we end up with #FinalsSoWhite?
“DWTS” certainly has a diverse history. Out of the past 26 Mirror Ball Trophy winners, almost half of them (12) are nonwhite. But this season has been on an unusual course. It started with an exodus of female contestants: the first five ousters in a row were women, which was unprecedented. One of those was R&B singer Tinashe, who was sent home in 10th place despite being one of the judges’ favorite contestants.

“If you’re not in the finals, I’m going to go home and pickle my walnuts!” said “Dancing with the Stars” judge Len Goodman during the Semi-Finals after Juan Pablo Di Pace‘s second flawless performance of the night. I’m not sure what that means, exactly, but it didn’t sound good. Of course, none of the judges thought Di Pace actually would be eliminated, so after giving him two perfect scores they were astonished when he was indeed voted out of the competition. Watch his shocking ouster above.
“There’s no justice here!” Goodman protested. But was Di Pace’s ouster the worst of the season? It’s not the only whopper we’ve seen in what has been one of the most unpredictable competitions in recent “DWTS” history. It started in week four when R&B singer Tinashe was eliminated in 10th place. At the time...

We’re just one week away from crowning the season 27 Mirror Ball champion on “Dancing with the Stars.” The semifinals on Monday night, November 12, decided who would advance to the finale episode, and who would get the axe right at the home stretch. Did the right celebs make it through? Find out below in our live blog with all the minute-by-minute developments as they happen.
This season has been one of the show’s most topsy-turvy with surprise eliminations — Tinashe! DeMarcus Ware! — and of course with Joe “Grocery Store Joe” Amabile, who has had an unprecedented run, surviving week after week despite more last-place scores than anyone else in “DWTS” history. The “Bachelor in Paradise” fan-favorite entered the top six against radio personality Bobby Bones, “Fuller House” actor Juan Pablo Di Pace, “Harry Potter” star Evanna Lynch, Disney Channel actor Milo Manheim and model Alexis Ren.

The Dancing With the Stars season 27 competition is getting down to the wire. Week eight, the semi-finals, has several fan-favorite couples still in the running for the mirrorball trophy and at this point in the competition where there are six couples left, it could be anybody's to take home. Last week's Country Night saw John Schneider and pro partner Emma Slater get the boot, as well as DeMarcus Ware and Lindsay Arnold. Harry Potter's Evanna Lynch and pro dance partner Keo Motsepe were the last to be called safe, despite getting a perfect 30 from judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. The Potterheads will need to come out to support the actress best known for playing Luna Lovegood if they want to...

Joe Amabile isn’t a favorite of the judges on “Dancing with the Stars” — and that’s putting it mildly — but he did get his best score of the season on Country Night. He did need a little help to do it, though. His team dance with DeMarcus Ware, Alexis Ren and Juan Pablo Di Pace received 9s from Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli and an 8 from Len Goodman for a total of 26 out of 30. Unfortunately for them, the judges thought their rival team was better, and so did an overwhelming majority of our readers. Scroll down to see the complete poll results.

After crushing the “Dancing with the Stars” YouTube plays for three straight weeks, Milo Manheim has been dethroned in Week 7. You can probably guess who roped in more views for Country Night and why.
Again, some caveats:
1. Needless to say, not everyone who watches a contestant’s dance on YouTube is voting and vice versa.
2. Not every star or dance is created equal. Some people already come in with major notoriety and a fan base, which could boost views. Some pros have a bigger fan base than the stars they’re teaching. Some people accrue fans as the season progresses. Sometimes a performance is just flat-out amazing or a complete hot mess or meme-worthy that everyone is going to be Googling it the next day so they don’t have Fomo.
3. These are the plays as of press time, so they will have changed by the time you finish reading this sentence.

Country Night on “Dancing with the Stars” ended with a surprise double elimination. According to the combined predictions of Gold Derby users, Joe Amabile and Alexis Ren were the likeliest contestants to be sent home, but instead it was John Schneider and DeMarcus Ware. However, our readers were only half-outraged by that outcome. Scroll down to our complete poll results.
Ware was the bigger shocker. He’s a former NFL star, and football players have a storied history on “DWTS,” including four past Mirror Ball Trophy champions. And at first it looked like Ware would follow in those footsteps. He started the season at the top of the judges’ leaderboard, and while he lost some ground after that he was always well liked by the panel. He was well liked by our readers too: a whopping 89% thought he was “robbed,” compared to only 11% who thought he deserved to go.

You know what they say: Nothing in life is certain except death, taxes and Joe “Grocery Store Joe” Amabile remaining on “Dancing with the Stars.” The man is unkillable. Not even Monday’s double elimination could take him down. Now he’s in the semifinals, which means he’s one week away from the final. Can he actually make it there?
Since there is a planned five-person final this season, Joe has a greater chance of getting to the last week. He only has to survive one more elimination next week, which he has proven time and time again he can do regardless of what his score is. Save for Week 6, he’s been on the bottom of the leaderboard every week and only has a season average of 18.7. No one has made it this far with an average that hasn’t cracked 20 points. But Bachelor Nation has come through...

I wish “Dancing with the Stars” knew how to quit Joe Amabile. The “Bachelorette” and “Bachelor in Paradise” reality star known to his fans as Grocery Store Joe isn’t going anywhere, even after the double elimination on Country Night. But while he survived yet another cut, he just achieved an unfortunate milestone: he’s the first contestant ever to receive seven last-place scores in one season, breaking his tie with Bill Engvall who finished last six times in season 17. Amabile could add an eighth low score during next week’s semifinals. And maybe a ninth if he advances beyond that.
There were actually two dances on Country Night, an individual dance between the celebs and their partners and a team dance. Both of Joe’s routines were the lowest scored, so that technically gives him eight last-place scores this season already. But since it’s the combined score from...

With one week until the “Dancing with the Stars” semifinals, the remaining eight couples performed one unlearned dance style and one team routine for Country Night before facing the first double elimination of the season. With the competition so tight, this season has proved that the judges’ scores can only take you so far.
Evanna Lynch was the belle of the ballroom, earning a combined 59 out of 60 points for her two dances, making her the top scorer of the night. Alexis Ren, Juan Pablo Di Pace, and Milo Manheim also performed perfect or near-perfect routines, cementing themselves as the best dancers left in the competition along with Evanna.
Meanwhile, the bottom scores of the season, Bobby Bones and Joe Amabile, continued to prove the naysayers wrong as they once again escaped elimination. Instead, it was lights out for John Schneider and DeMarcus Ware as they became the first male celebs to get the boot.

I’ll admit, the sudden showmance between “Dancing with the Stars” contestant Alexis Ren and her pro partner Alan Bersten has been hard to swallow. After a few weeks of their presumed-platonic partnership the show teased a potential attraction between them on Disney Night. Then Ren revealed she had feelings for Bersten on Halloween Night. Then they went horseback riding together on Country Night. Yes, horseback riding.
The whole thing feels a little, shall we say, manufactured? From week to week their clip packages seem to be following the dramatic arc of a TV show, not the organic progression of a relationship. Bersten even told her in their climactic Country Night clip, “I am falling for you.” The thing is, while we thought this showmance might backfire on them in the viewer votes and we knew they might have a deficit of viewer support after they landed in the bottom...

We knew there was a double elimination coming on “Dancing with the Stars” on Country Night, but we didn’t see this one coming. Despite the frequent success of football players on the show — including four past Mirror Ball champions — Super Bowl winner DeMarcus Ware fumbled the ball and was sent home with John Schneider in a tie for seventh place. And yet that came on the night he also got his highest scores ever. Did he really deserve to be sent home?
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t as enamored of Ware as the judges were this season. I thought the reputation of NFL stars went to their heads, resulting in some scores that were higher than his dances merited. For that reason I’m not entirely surprised he was tackled by “DWTS” viewers, but I did think he had enough audience support to carry him farther than this,...

Despite being the lowest scoring contestant on “Dancing with the Stars,” Joe Amabile was chosen as one of the team captains for Country Night. His group’s name was Team Joe Down, a pun on hoedown in the spirit of the night’s theme, but was it perhaps a fateful prediction of how they would do? Watch their routine above, and vote in our polls at the bottom of this post to let us know who you think was really the best of the night.
Amabile and his fellow team captain Bobby Bones (the second lowest scoring contestant still in the running) took turns picking celebs to join their rosters, and Amabile ended up with DeMarcus Ware, Juan Pablo Di Pace and Alexis Ren. It’s worth noting, though, that Ren and Evanna Lynch, the only women left in the competition, were picked last — come on, guys, give these ladies a break!

Monday night was Country Night on “Dancing with the Stars,” and two more celebrities were deported. Okay, so it wasn’t exactly that kind of Country Night — less “My Country ‘Tis of Thee” and more “Thank God I’m a Country Boy.” It was a country-western-themed event with several special guest performers, team dances and, sadly, a double elimination when the evening was over. So who was ousted? Find out below in our live blog with all the minute-by-minute updates as they happen.
Four celeb dances were accompanied by live musical performances from up-and-coming country stars. Lauren Alaina sang “Ladies in the ’90s” for Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten. Carly Pearce performed “Every Little Thing” for Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe. Chris Janson serenaded Bobby Bones and Sharna Burgess with “Can’t Help Falling in Love.” And the group Lanco graced the stage to perform “Born to Love You” for Milo Manheim and Witney Carson.

Country Night could be a historic evening on “Dancing with the Stars.” Never before has the show had a top six comprised of one gender, but with a double elimination on tap, we could be left with six guys by the end of the night. However, 55 percent our readers believe one of the two ladies left, Alexis Ren and Evanna Lynch, will make it through.
Ren and Lynch are two of the best dancers and top scorers, but that means little on this show, especially when only women have been eliminated so far this season. Here are the dances — and country stars — ‘Dancing with the Stars’ has wrangled up for Country Night
Grab your cowboy boots because it’s Country Night on “Dancing with the Stars” next week. And in another beautiful case of corporate synergy, some country music stars — many of whom just so happened to be nominated at the upcoming Country Music Awards, which will air on ABC — will perform live while the final eight hit the dance floor.
We will also get team dances this week. As previously announced, the two lowest scorers — Joe “Grocery Store Joe” Amabile and Bobby Bones — are the team captains this time as opposed to the two highest.
ABC once again made no mention of an elimination, but we’ve already put on our hats and deduced that this week has to be a double elimination.
See ‘Dancing with the Stars’ just threw a twist into the team dances
Here is the Week 7 lineup:
Individual dances:
Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten: samba – “Ladies...

Silly us, we’d been wondering if there would be an all-male final three on “Dancing with the Stars,” but there is now a far more concerning prospect in play: Will there be an unprecedented all-male top six?
The women’s curse continued this week with Mary Lou Retton becoming the fifth consecutive female to be eliminated this season. That leaves only Alexis Ren and Evanna Lynch remaining against the same six guys who started the season: Milo Manheim, Juan Pablo Di Pace, DeMarcus Ware, John Schneider, Bobby Bones and Joe “Grocery Store Joe” Amabile. With a double elimination next week, there is a decent chance we could lose both ladies.
While we’ll never know the final tallies, it’s safe to assume that Ren hasn’t been pulling in the votes. She is a Sports Illustrated model, and there’s not much of a cross-section of fans between that and “Dancing.

Some “Dancing with the Stars” Halloween routines posted some scary high YouTube numbers this week, but one person who’s been logging a ton of views fell off drastically. It’s no trick, but it might be a treat for some people.
3. These are the plays as of press time, so they will...

It’s not Switch-Up Night, but “Dancing with the Stars” is switching things up for the team dances. Oh, don’t worry, it’s nothing big and wouldn’t have a major impact on the results.
As we suspected, Tptb changed how the two teams were determined. Historically, the two people with the highest average scores were the team captains and alternated choosing their team members. Well, this time, the bottom two are the team captains, according to “Entertainment Tonight.” Yup, that means Joe “Grocery Store Joe” Amabile and Bobby Bones are (theoretically) calling the shots.
See Here are the team lineups on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ — who was blessed with Grocery Store Joe?
This makes sense they’re the captains since we already knew Grocery Store Joe’s team name is #TeamJoeDown; Bones’ is #TeamHayNow. It’s unclear if they got to choose their team members as well or...
