Let’s cut the crap. Most modern movies are an absolute disgrace, a cinematic sewage dump. And I hate to say it, but your favorite movie sucks.
Do a quick search for “modern movies suck” on Google or Youtube, and you’ll see we’re not alone in our assessment.
I’d bet my life savings that my discerning grandparents wouldn’t dare associate with the trash you call your favorite movie.
Cinematic artistry? Don’t make me laugh. Movie-making today is less about impactful storytelling and more about milking the ignorant masses dry.
Why? Because it’s easy. And because viewers like you, let them get away with it.
Have we sunk so low? Are we so brain-dead that we keep consuming this nonsense without a second thought? All signs point to yes…
Get ready to squirm because here are the top ten reasons why your favorite movie is...

John Cusack is eyeing a big-budget production disaster film as his next project.
The actor is in negotiations to star in Roland Emmerich's apocalyptic "2012", about the end of the world, for Columbia. Chiwetel Ejiofor ("American Gangster") is in talks to co-star.
The disaster film centers on a global cataclysm that brings an end to the world and tells the heroic struggle of the survivors.
Cusack is in talks to play divorced dad, writer and sometime limo driver Jackson Curtis, who goes on a heroic journey to save his family. Ejiofor plays Adrian Helmsley, an idealistic science adviser to the president who also becomes a hero.
Emmerich, known for his big-budget disaster movies, is directing a script he penned with his "10,000 BC" co-writer Harald Kloser. Emmerich is serving as an executive producer on the project, while Kloser is producing with Mark Gordon and Larry Franco. Columbia's Matt Tolmach and Rachel O'Connor are overseeing for the studio.
"2012" was the first big spec to hit the market after the WGA strike.

John Cusack is eyeing a big budget production disaster flick as his next project.
The actor is in negotiations to star in Roland Emmerich's apocalyptic 2012, about the end of the world, for Columbia Pictures.
Cusack is in talks to play divorced dad Jackson Curtis, who's a writer and limo driver, the studio said.
The script blends the idea of a Mayan calendar, which predicts the end of the world in 2012, with natural disasters, such as volcanic eruptions, typhoons and glaciers plaguing the planet and a large cast of characters dealing with the mayhem.
Emmerich, known for his big-budget disaster movies, penned the script with his 10,000 B.C. co-writer Harald Kloser. The two are producing and Emmerich is helming the project as well.
2012 was the first big spec to hit the market after the writers strike. Though the project was shopped around with a $200 million budget, Columbia says it will be made for less than that.
