On Thursday, the Glamorous star, who played Casey, who they say was “the first gay character in the Full House franchise,” shared a video on TikTok, saying “one of the Tanner sisters” who was “very publicly not for the girls” tried to have their character removed.

“I remember I got sat down by the writers and the studio to basically warn me how this person allegedly was trying to get the character removed and not have a queer character on the show,” said Miss Benny, who came out as transgender last month. “I was also sort of warned and prepared that this person’s fan base might be encouraged to target me specifically.”

It appears Netflix’s “Glamorous” star, Miss Benny, is not too fond of how things folded out on set between her and one of her fellow “Fuller House” co-stars.

In a new TikTok, the actress, who played “the first gay character in the ‘Full House’ franchise, responded to a fan question wondering who was homophobic on set. In her video response, Benny claims “one of the Tanner sisters” — referring to Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner) and Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner), who were two of the three Tanner girls that reprised their roles for the “Full House” reboot — not only tried to get her character axed, but also never spoke to her for the entire duration of her time on set.

A house divided. A source tells Et that Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin, who played sisters DJ and Stephanie Tanner on “Full House” and “Fuller House”, are in a “pretty serious” disagreement following the controversial remarks Bure made to WSJ. Magazine.

It appears the actress doesn’t want to say goodbye to her classic TV character, Stephanie Tanner, just yet as she recently shared an idea for a “Fuller House” reboot, despite the beloved comedy only having ended two years ago.

The 2016 sequel series saw Sweetin and her fellow co-stars from the original sitcom “Full House”, which ran from 1987 to 1995, reunite for the reboot where she reprised her role as the Tanner Family’s middle daughter.
