“Grey’s Anatomy” returned with some big moments, a bonkers case and more than a few emotionally scarred doctors.

The midseason premiere, titled “Hit the Floor,” resolved many big cliffhangers for the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial, who we had last seen dealing with a record-breaking heat wave in Seattle in the aftermath of Dr. Mika Yasuda’s heartbreaking exit.

Dr. Jules Millin (Adelaide Kane) was impacted the most by her fellow doctor’s departure from the hospital, as the pair had been exploring a blossoming romantic relationship up until Mika’s sister showed up asking for help with a cancer diagnosis — which resulted in her dying in a car accident and Mika leaving Seattle so she could heal from the grief away from where all fell apart.

After a long break, Grey’s Anatomy returned with season 21, episode 9, “Hit the Floor,” which saw the aftermath of the convenience store shooting bringing chaos to Grey Sloan.

We pick up where the finale left off as Lucas and the convenience store gunman fight over the gun. It goes off and we learn that it was the gunman who took the bullet in the struggle for the gun, not Lucas. Lucas races into action to try to save the man as Jo calls 911 for help.

Lucas and Jo make their way to Grey Sloan Memorial and Lucas quickly fills them in on the situation. Bailey asks about Jo, assuming she’s been shot which is when Jo reveals she’s pregnant. Ben takes Lucas to be checked as Bailey looks in on Jo’s babies who seem fine, but she’s experiencing sharp pains so she calls for Ob and Link.

Today's the day Grey's Anatomy fans have been waiting for. After the wait resulting from the midseason break, the show is returning to the small screen tonight with the premiere of Season 21's midseason premiere.

On March 6, the midseason premiere episode, called "Hit the Floor," will premiere on ABC at 10:00 p.m. Et. The current 21st season of the show debuted on Sept. 26, and it went on its midseason break starting on Nov. 21 after the premiere of the eighth episode of the season, "Drop It Like It's Hot." Production also took a pause in January amid the wildfires in the Southern California region, where Grey's Anatomy is filmed.

For Bat, no one got it right — although everyone was in the reality TV arena. Robin Thicke said Bethanny Frankel. Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg went with Larsa Pippen. Rita Ora named Heidi Montag at first, then went with Frankel as well. Ken Jeong thought it was Lisa Rinna.

Shay sang “Espresso,” by Sabrina Carpenter, for her performance. “I’m becoming Bat because I’m a creature of the night, and a bit of a bat-ass,” she said in her clue package. “Like bats, I’m one of the most misunderstood creatures ever.

The Masked Singer is back!

A new episode of season 13 of the hit Fox singing competition series aired on Wednesday night (March 5).

The show, which began in South Korea, features celebrities singing songs while wearing costumes and face masks concealing their identities until they’re eliminated. Throughout the season, the contestants provide clues to try and help the judges and fans figure out who is under the mask.

This season includes the new costumed character Detective Lucky Duck, who will help panelists “uncover who’s behind each mask.”

During the episode, Group B contestants Bat, Boogie Woogie, Griffin, Pearl, and Space Ranger gave their first performances of the season.

While on stage, Boogie Woogie performed “I Believe in a Thing Called Love” by The Darkness.

Grey’s Anatomy is coming back for the second half of Season 21 so here’s a reminder where we left off!

Fans of Grey’s Anatomy are used to the show taking breaks at midseason. This one has been longer, as Season 21 left off in December of 2024 and only returned on March 6. Thankfully, when it comes back, Grey’s will run all the way through May with no breaks.

Tgit is coming back, but there’s some bad news. It’s not happening just yet. Grey’s Anatomy season 21 is not coming back in February 2025.

We knew that this was going to be the case, though. ABC made it clear before Grey’s Anatomy, and the rest of Tgit, went on a winter hiatus that the show wouldn’t be back for some time. We would have to wait a few months for the return,, and now there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel.

The official website of AnimeJapan 2025 has opened the poll for the much-anticipated ‘Manga We Want To See Animated Ranking’.

The poll comprises of 47 manga titles across various genres.

The ranking vote kicked off on Jan 15, 2025, at 7:00 Pm (Jst) and will run until Feb 12, 2025, at 11:59 Pm (Jst). Fans can cast their votes online to decide which unanimated manga titles will rise to the top.

However, the voting form is available exclusively in Japanese, and participants are limited to one vote each.

The results will be announced mid-March this year, with the top 10 titles being exhibited inside the AnimeJapan venue on March 22–23, 2025.
