Has two children - a son Andrey Kislov (b. October 14, 2007) with her ex-husband Pyotr Kislov and a daughter Mia Iskhakova (b. April 26, 2017) with her ex-husband Dmitriy Iskhakov.
She finished in 2nd place in The Eurovision Song Contest (2015), held that year on May 23rd in Vienna, Austria. She performed the English-language song ''A Million Voices''. Her final vote tally was 303, which was the highest received by Russia since it began participating in the Eurovision in 1994.
In October 2015, she was named "Zhenshchina goda" ("Women of the Year") in the Russian edition of GQ (Gentleman's Quarterly) Magazine.
In childhood, due to inappropriate complexion, she was not even taken to ballet. By the way, Gagarina's mother is a professional ballerina.
Gagarina lived in Athens, Greece for several years of her childhood.
In 2011, the singer received the Golden Gramophone Award for her performance of the song "I Will Never Forgive You".
