Is a telephone operator for Verizon in Chicago, Illinois. She was the last person to speak to passenger Todd Beamer, who was on board the ill-fated United Airlines flight 93 that was hijacked by terrorists on September 11, 2001. After saying the Lord's Prayer with Beamer, she overheard him say the memorable phrase "Lets Roll," which as a result of this tragedy became a catchphrase in the war against terrorism.
