Theresa Twa

Theresa is a stand up comic and actress that grew up on the South Side of Chicago. She had bad hair, big glasses, braces, scoliosis and a penchant for quoting Carol Burnett. Obviously, she was very popular.

An alum of Second City (L.A.), IO West, UCB and The Groundlings she also studied acting at The Beverly Hills Playhouse (Richard Lawson, Allen Barton) as well as scene study with Brian Reese and Lesly Kahn. She has also performed stand up at The Comedy Store (Hollywood) in the Original Room and The Belly Room, and The Improv.

Theresa produces and hosts her live show, "The Ladytime Variety Show". A show rooted in the Vaudeville traditions and a hearty nod to Variety Shows from the '70s, The Ladytime Variety Show is a 1 hour stage show featuring stand-up comedy, video, variety acts, song & dance.
