Sharron Davies has said that Jason Gardiner's behaviour on last night's Dancing On Ice was "childish". The Australian choreographer walked off the show's set after Davies was eliminated rather than staying behind to commiserate with the former Olympic swimmer and her professional partner Pavel Aubrecht. He claimed that he did not want to speak to Davies because she went against show mentors Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean's wishes for her routine this week. "I walked off because I'm not two faced. Sharron disrespected Torvill and Dean who work so hard," he wrote on Twitter. Speaking about Gardiner's actions, Davies told Digital Spy: "That was up to him. If he wants to be that childish, it's up to him, to be honest with you. I have to say that I won't miss him. "I found it so strange that he (more)...

Sharron Davies has become the seventh celebrity to be voted off this series of Dancing On Ice. After the judges' scores and the viewers' votes had been added together, the swimmer and her professional partner Pavel Aubrecht found themselves in the skate-off alongside Emily Atack and Fred Palascak. Both couples then had to repeat their routines in an attempt to persuade judges Karen Barber, Nicky Slater, Jason Gardiner, Emma Bunton and Angela Rippon to keep them in the competition. Bunton, Slater and Rippon all decided to save Atack, meaning that Davies had to leave the show. Barber and Gardiner then also revealed that they would have kept Atack in the competition. After hearing the decision, Davies said: "I have (more)...

Welcome to our live coverage of tonight’s Dancing On Ice show. After an amazing Valentine’s Day episode last week, we’re more than a little bit excited to see what’s on the show this week!
Hayley Tamaddon topped the scoreboard last week, but will Gary Lucy, Daniella Westbrook or Kieron Richardson catch up with her?
And on Hollywatch this week, Ms Willoughby is wearing what looks like a bodice with a dress tacked on. Very sexy. And Torvill and Dean give another effortlessly graceful opening to the show. Tonight’s guest judge – in case you care – is former newsreader Angela Rippon.

Somehow, in a bid to make the Sunday-evening-eating monster that is Dancing On Ice even more unpalatable, ITV have chosen to hire Michael Ball to replace Robin Cousins. The five-person judging team was overloaded anyway – I’d have been happy to have a four-person panel and more of Jason Gardiner’s classic spiteful comments!
Anyway, we’re covering Dancing On Ice live tonight – this post will have judge’s comments, a scoreboard and some of my own commentary on each act. Enjoy! And leave loads of comments!

Jason Gardiner has been forced to apologise for comparing Sharron Davies to ''faecal matter''. The Australian judge faced a backlash from 'Dancing On Ice' fans, who complained over his criticism of the Olympic swimming star's routine at the weekend. During the show on Sunday (31.01.10), Jason said Sharron's routine with partner Pavel Aubrecht - which saw them wearing brown, glittery outfits - was ''like watching faecal matter that won't flush.'' He added: ''It goes around and around and around but doesn't go anywhere.'' However, he has since apologised after the complaints from outraged viewers. He said: ''During this week's 'Dancing On Ice' I was criticising the ..

Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has sparked a bullying row after comparing contestant Sharron Davies to "faecal matter" live on air. The outspoken choreographer made the remark last night after Davies danced with professional partner Pavel Aubrecht while wearing a brown sparkly leotard. After being asked to comment on the former Olympic swimmer's performance, Gardiner complained: "You look like faecal matter that won't flush, that goes around and around but doesn't go anywhere." His outburst has now prompted criticism from viewers, as well as the campaign group Mediawatch, which works to promote "good taste and decency" in broadcasting. Mediawatch director Vivienne Pattinson told the Daily Mail: "It is bullying. This is supposed to be (more)...

Jeremy Sheffield has become the third celebrity to be voted off Dancing On Ice. Tonight was the first time the male and female contestants had performed in the same show. However, after the judges' scores and viewers' votes had been added together, the actor found himself in the bottom two alongside Sharron Davies, who was in the skate-off for the second time. Both contestants then had to repeat their routines in an attempt to persuade the panel to keep them in the competition. Davies and her partner Pavel Aubrecht were first to take to the ice rink, followed by Sheffield and his partner Susie Lipanova. Judges Karen Barber, Nicky Slater, Jason Gardiner, Emma (more)...

Sinitta was the first contestant to be voted off 'Dancing on Ice' last night (10.01.10). The 'So Macho' singer accidentally ripped her partner Pavel Aubrecht's trousers when she misjudged a lift, leading to low scores from the judges. She faced Olympic athlete Sharron Davies in the skate-off, but failed to win over the show's panel - Karen Barber, Robin Cousins, Nicky Slater, Jason Gardiner and Emma Bunton. Commenting on her loss, the 41-year-old singer said: ''I had such high hopes. I was starting to love it. It's been an amazing experience - thank you so much.'' Former 'Dancing On Ice' contestant ..

Former Olympic swimmer Sharron Davies has revealed that she decided to compete in ITV’s Dancing On Ice, because she wanted to learn a completely new skill.
Davies told the Daily Star: “For me it was the right sort of time to throw myself into a project and learn a new skill.
“With the Olympic games coming it was an interesting quest to do something totally different and something I can have for the rest of my life.”
Sharon will skate with the gorgeous (and tall!) Pavel Aubrecht.
She added: “All of us are really lucky with our dance partners and they’re fantastic professionals who have done this several times on the show.
“I’m particularly grateful I’m working with Pav who is tall and strong – but I have great faith he’s not going to drop me!”

Dancing On Ice star Jessica Taylor has admitted that she was devastated by the result of last weekend's public vote. The former popstar and her dance partner Pavel Aubrecht found themselves in the bottom two alongside Melinda Messenger and Fred Palascak on Sunday evening, but were saved by the panel of judges. "It was heart-wrenching to hear my name called out," Taylor told The Mirror. "I thought: 'Oh God, people must not like me at all.' "We'd just received our highest marks of the series and I'm putting my heart and soul into this. I don't think I could put in anything more in terms of effort. I've never taken (more)...
