Dana Hursey is an extraordinary and well-established Los Angeles area
Photographer. A photographer in LA with over two decades of acclaimed
work and impeccable reputation for creative excellence. Dana was born
and raised in Southern California, where he attended the prestigious
Art Center College of Design, studying both Photography and Film,
subsequently receiving a Bachelor of Fine Art degree.
Dana has also been an instructor at UCLA and the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, where he also served as president of the Alumni Council, has held many public and private workshops, and taught classes in a wide array of Photographic disciplines.
Dana was recently invited to join the "14 Days Project" and serves on the Advisory Board. He was selected as the Environmental Photographer, and photographed more than 600 people over 14 days. His work is now moving across the U.K. in a traveling exhibition and is being displayed on Big Screens all over the country. He was also a Featured Speaker and Exhibiter at 2007 White Sands Film Festival, and is also an up and coming name on the lecture circuit all over the world.
