Julio Franco was born on 23 August 1958 in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. He has been married to Rosa Ivis Trueba since 12 October 1991. They have one child.
Is a very good friend of President George W. Bush. Their friendship goes back
to when Bush owned the Texas Rangers and Franco was an all-star second
baseman. Franco even invited Bush and his family to his wedding.
