After years of setbacks, fans of the 2016 Boys' Love anime series Yuri on Ice finally received some good news. The latest update comes after the disappointing cancellation of Yuri!!! On Ice the Movie: Ice Adolescence, which was initially announced to be in development eight years ago.

Hulu revealed its June 2025 streaming schedule via its official press release. Among the many promising new titles and additions to the streaming service was Yuri on Ice, the 2016 figure-skating anime series by Mappa, the prestigious animation studio behind Chainsaw Man and Jujutsu Kaisen. Back when it originally premiered on Crunchyroll on Oct. 6, 2016, the Boys Love sports drama earned critical acclaim for its engrossing story about a young washed-up skater named Yuri Katsuki getting his head back into the game with the help of his idol, Victor Nikiforov. Yuri on Ice is coming to Hulu on June 3, 2025.

Attack on Titan's Eren Yeager has received the teddy bear treatment courtesy of legendary toy brand Steiff. The new merchandise, released by well-known merchandiser brand Garrack, were created in celebration of Attack on Titan's 10th anime anniversary.

Per shopping site Uwith, German toy brand Steiff, who are credited with producing the very first commercial factory teddy bears in 1880, have officially released a teddy bear based on Attack on Titan's Eren Yeager. Standing at 26 cm tall, the bear comes with an attached shirt and jacket modeled after those of the iconic character, as well as a removable green cloak emblazoned with the crest of the series' Scout Regiment. As for the bear itself, the model used is based on Steiff's long-running James bear.

Anime is a genre that lends itself to great tragedy. Anime are meant to make people feel powerful emotions. Not all anime are dramatic and sad. Many of the best anime are comedic or romantic. However, numerous shows - regardless of genre - suffer a game-changing character death at some point in their narrative.

Many anime character deaths are so shocking, gruesome, or heartbreaking that they irrevocably change the course of their stories. Character dynamics and development completely reverse or stop on a dime due to some of these tragic passings. The world of Minecraft meets Attack on Titan in an amazing fan project in which a talented player faithfully recreated the anime's Shiganshina District one brick at a time.

A Reddit user who goes by the username stan616 (u/a1ndrea) uploaded their impressive Minecraft x Attack on Titan creation on the r/gaming forum. According to the user, it took two months to build the Shiganshina District with the creation tools in Minecraft. "It took exactly 67 days, and around 500 hours," stan616 said. Some commentators broke down the hours stan616 spent creating the Attack on Titan location in the game and estimated that it took said user "8 hours every day for 67 days," or "7.4 hours per day."

It goes without saying that killing Titans is what Attack on Titan and its deadly characters is all about, or at least used to be. Regardless, the series has gone to great lengths to convey just how powerful Titans are and how a gruesome death is just around the corner when Titans are involved. However, as the Titans have gotten stronger, so has humanity and their ability to fight back for the sake of survival. Anime is home to some truly wacky and amusing running jokes and archetypes, from himbos and hotheaded tsunderes to the "big eater" trope. A voice actor for the Attack on Titan anime TV series has revealed themselves to be the identity of a popular anime Vtuber who's now been streaming for two years.

Jessie James Grelle, an American voice actor for anime characters like Armin Arlert from Attack on Titan and Yuri Katsuki from Yuri on Ice, announced on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) that they're the identity of Mimcubus, an independent Vtuber. "I've been Vtubing in secret (mostly) for over 2 years now," Grelle said. "Mim has changed my life is [sic] ways I could never have predicted. But now, we'll be stronger together than we were apart. Here's to building something new. I hope you'll join me!"

“Attack on Titan” Season 4, Part 4, or “Attack on Titan” Final Season: The Final Chapters Special 2 arrived on Crunchyroll Nov. 4. The series finale marks the end of Eren Yeager’s saga that was a decade in the making. It is available in more than 200 countries and territories, including New Zealand, Australia and Canada.

For dub viewers and “Aot” lovers, the wait is finally over. Crunchyroll will be delivering English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German and Russian voice soundtracks for the hit anime series’ latest chapter on Sunday, Sept. 10 at 10:30 p.m. Pt.

The original Japanese version of Part 3 of “Aot’s” fourth season premiered on Crunchyroll on March 3 after being delayed earlier in the day, as the hour-long special aired on Japanese network Nhk at 12:23 a.m., leaving North American “Aot” fans desperate for answers.

In a video he shared on Instagram, the erstwhile Sean Combs is seen preparing a pasta dinner for his family.

That family includes the recent addition of daughter Love, who arrived 10 months ago, and the adorable infant makes a few cameo appearances as her dad whips up the meal.

“The first episode of ‘Chef Love and Baby Love’,” he says in a brief intro.

Justin Combs, the eldest son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, was arrested for driving under the influence this weekend.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Fox News that Justin was arrested following a routine traffic stop in Beverly Hills at around 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

“Officers conducted a traffic stop, and they observed the driver possibly under the influence of unknown alcohol or drugs,” LAPD told the outlet. “The investigation revealed that he was under the influence.”

In photos obtained by TMZ, Justin can be seen interacting with police.

It’s unclear if Justin had drugs or alcohol in his system.

The 29-year-old was subsequently arrested and booked into an L.A. County jail on a misdemeanor DUI charge. His bond was set at $5,000. It’s not yet clear whether or not Justin has been released from police custody.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has come forward to address the death of Kim Porter, his ex-girlfriend and mother of four of his children.

Combs broke his silence on Instagram with a video of him and Porter saying: “For the last three days I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven’t. I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much.”

He continued, “Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship. We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. We Were Some Other Shit!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love.”

Allow me to share a little of my reviewing history with you guys. My first ever anime review was the first season of Sword Art Online. In that review, I mentioned that every now and then, a show, movie, game or series comes along that divides people. Some will love it while the other side will only see the flaws. I bring this up because this applies to In Another World With My Smartphone which reminds me a lot of Sword Art Online with a little dash of Angel Beats. Unfortunately, it doesn’t remind me of the good parts of those animes.

In Another World With My Smartphone starts with our main protagonist, Touya, finding out from God himself that he’s dead due to a mistake he made so he gives Touya a new life on another world. Hilariously or unrealistically depending on your perspective, Touya takes that news pretty well.

It’s hard to believe now considering how popular it is but Yuri!!! On Ice was a gamble as far as animes go. It was an original story, a same-sex relationship was a massive part of the plot and it had a large focus on figure skating (which isn’t the most popular sport in the world) to name a few of the risks it was taking. However, fortune favors the bold and the risks Yuri!!! On Ice took paid off massively.

The premise of the first series is that after a crushing defeat in last year’s Grand Prix, Yuri Katsuki goes back home to try and figure out what to do next. He idolizes a Russian figure skater, Victor Nikiforov, and when he does one of Victor’s routines, it ends up online and goes viral which leads to Victor wanting to be his coach much to his shock and awe.
