Bob brings two decades of uniquely-qualified leadership to the animation business where his expertise in production, finance, and deal-making blend with his strong industry relationships to position him as a highly-regarded and collaborative studio executive, producer, and consultant.

Bob recently oversaw animation production for Miramax Films on the animated feature, "Gnomeo & Juliet", an internationally produced film for Touchstone Pictures. As Production Executive, Bob worked hands-on with the studio executive team and served as a key liaison with the filmmakers to guide the movie from start to finish planning and overseeing critical creative, production, and budget milestones. Produced through Starz Animation Toronto, Bob helped negotiate the multi-million dollar deal with the studio while ensuring that the picture delivered under budget and on schedule.

Formerly EVP of Disney Animation Studios, Bob oversaw production, finance, and technology for the world-renowned studio. As head of production, Bob developed both the studio's long-range production planning and managed the day-to-day operations of a crew of 600 artists, technicians, and production staff. As head of finance, Bob managed the finance, strategic planning, and accounting functions for the studio.

Named SVP of Production in 2001, Bob oversaw production as the studio re-tooled from traditional, hand-drawn processes to CG animation. Bob joined Disney in 1991 holding key financial positions during the animation studio's aggressive expansion of its worldwide operations in the late 1990's where as VP of Production Finance he managed more than $400 million in annual film costs helping to fuel the division's growth to a peak of over 2200 employees and 750,000 sq ft. of studio operations. During his tenure Bob helped the studio produce 17 award-winning films including Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King, Tarzan, and Lilo and Stitch with worldwide box office grosses totaling over $5 billion.
