The Marvel Cinematic Universe was once a blockbuster behemoth, churning out hit comic book movies with superheroes and villains who popped in and out of multiple franchises, occasionally culminating in the massive spectacle of "Avengers" movies. It all came to a magnificent head with the double dose of "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Avengers: Endgame," completing the masterful storyline dubbed The Infinity Saga and shattering the box office. Sadly, recent years have seen the MCU take a dive in quality as the quantity of their output in film and television has increased (something the comic book movie makers will be changing soon). But thankfully, Lego has a way for us to cherish the glory days of the MCU.

Following the release of Avengers: Endgame, McU fans around the world have found themselves with a handful of unanswered questions. One of the most pressing, though, is where does Bruce Banner/the Hulk go from here?
As you’ll no doubt recall, the big green giant snapped billions of lifeforms back into existence in Endgame, but unfortunately, he took a pretty big hit himself, with the sheer power of the six Infinity Stones leaving him quite injured. And we already know that he won’t heal anytime soon, as it’s been said that the damage is permanent.
Chances are, then, we won’t see the hero back in action for a while, but that doesn’t mean we’ll have a shortage of Hulk in the McU. And that’s because according to sources close to We Got This Covered – the same ones who told us a She-Hulk show was happening back in April,...

Spider-Man: Homecoming is one of the best Marvel movies for fun supporting roles, from Donald Glover’s Aaron Davis to Hannibal Buress’ Coach Wilson to Chris Evans’ meme-able cameo. There’s also Martin Starr as Peter Parker’s teacher Mr. Harrington, who escorts Spidey and his Academic Decathlon team on their trip to Washington.
Harrington was actually Starr’s second role in the McU though, after he made a brief cameo in 2008’s The Incredible Hulk six years earlier as a student in the computer lab at Culver University who encounters Edward Norton’s Bruce Banner. The character is unnamed in the movie, but Kevin Feige’s now confirmed that this is a younger Harrington in his college days. The Marvel Studios president revealed the news in response to a fan during his first Reddit Ama yesterday.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is not a film that’s short on controversies. After uproars about Johnny Depp’s casting as the titular villain and Dumbledore’s sexuality going unexplored, the latest sensitive issue is the reveal that Claudia Kim is playing Nagini, the same Nagini we know will eventually transform into Voldemort’s subservient snake.
While the intention behind the twist was clearly to add more backstory to a minor character from the Wizarding World we thought we knew, many took umbrage – or umbridge – with a Korean actress being cast in a part that was considered a step back for Asian representation in cinema. J.K. Rowling attempted to quell the flames of the outcry when she pointed out she’d been planning the twist all along, but it only caused more problems when she mixed up her mythologies.
But what does the actress herself think of the controversy?...

When it was announced last year that Captain Marvel would finally introduce the shapeshifting aliens known as the Skrulls into the McU, fans were ecstatic, as it paved the way for an adaptation of the Secret Invasion comic book storyline at some point down the road.
For those who don’t know, the arc saw the Skrulls using their abilities to take the place of several key individuals from Earth – including some of the Avengers. It would make for a great movie and many believe that though it’s still a few years off, some of the set-up for it could happen in next May’s Avengers 4. Already, speculation has run rampant about which of our favorite heroes may be revealed to be Skrulls, but perhaps we should be looking at things the other way. Perhaps we should ask ourselves, who can we definitely rule out as being a Skrull?...

The following is spoiler-free, as it is based on the comic book storylines, not on “Avengers: Infinity War.” For all the great things the films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has accomplished, one it has always struggled with is making the audience feel concerned for the hero’s safety.
In the 18 released films only Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) has died — in the final moments of “Age of Ultron” — and that wasn’t exactly a crushing loss. Even when “The Avengers” tried having a meaningful death by killing Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) — a character we’d gotten to know through multiple of the Phase 1 films — it was immediately undone thanks to ABC’s “Agents of Shield.” “Infinity War” has a real chance to shake things up by killing off a big character for good.
Through the last 10 years, the McU has created a massive stable of characters. Perhaps some of them would...
