On May 11, 2006 while playing for the Phillies, he made one of the most
memorable catches in baseball history when he crashed into the wall at
Citizens Bank Ballpark to rob Mets outfielder Xavier Nady of an
extra-base hit. He suffered a broken nose and non-displacement
fractures around his left eye and was placed on the 15-day disabled
list.
