Jerry Sloan was born on March 28, 1942 in McLeansboro, Illinois, USA. He was married to Tammy Jessop and Barbara Irvin. He died on May 22, 2020 in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.

game (14 December 2004). 8th coach in history to win 900 games (7
February 2004). Sporting News 2003-2004 Coach of the Year.
Member of Evansville College's (now University of Evansville) 1964 and
1965 NCAA Division II Championship teams.
Restores old John Deere tractors.
Two-time NBA All-Star (1967, 1969). Averaged 14.0 points, 7.5 rebounds
and 2.5 assists in 755 games for the Chicago Bulls (1966-1976). Chicago
retired Sloan's #4 on February 17, 1978.
Has one son, Brian and two daughters, Holly and Kathy, and one stepson Rhett Jessop.
