Liza was born in Canada and raised in Australia by Chilean parents. She used her natural Australian accent once for television on The Good Place.
Her mother owns a vineyard in Chile where Subway Token Films shot their first film, Tinto. Liza's real father played her father in the film. Tinto premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and was nominated for Best Narrative Short.
Liza co-created the film production company, Subway Token Films.
Liza volunteered her time at public schools in the New York area, using theatre to explore hard-hitting subjects such as Conflict and Resolution, and Domestic Violence.
Was once described by David Cromer as a "mood ring". ("Whatever emotion you need, she'll manifest it").
