Vaughan's group produces commercials, music video and other short pieces, including a documentary on The Life and Works of Dr. Stanley Krippner. As an Executive Producer and Director she made two promotional trailers for "Native Land: Lost in the Mystery of Time", a feature film that she adapted from her novel of the same name. In 2010, Vaughan worked as Florida Casting Director for a feature called "The Diary of Preston Plummer" (Released 2012), and in 2005, was Associate Producer for a feature film called "The Touch". Vaughan's involvement in film follows a lifetime in theatre, where she wrote, directed and produced plays for "Living Theatre Company" in WA, CA, and FL. Between 1980 and 1990, Vaughan hosted a radio talk show for Northern California's KVMR and won Northern California's "Elly Award for Best Costume Design" in 1994. Her one-woman show as Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley was based on a screenplay she wrote after traveling extensively through the Scottish Highlands doing research. She has also journeyed up the Amazon jungle, through Peru and Chile, the West Indies, and Germany. Her intimate journeys into the minds of others plus her involvement in indigenous cultures provide her with a unique perspective from which to write and direct. Recently Vaughan added a new novel and two dozen children's stories to the list of publications she publishes under her own brand: "FireCat! Press". It was named after her novel "FireCat! The Legend of Amazon Sage"; an adventure that begs to become a feature film or graphic novel. Nadine Vaughan Williams (as she is also known), lives on Amelia Island off the coast of Northern Florida.
