Spoilers for "Black Panther: Wakanda" Forever follow.
While it can be a somber and reverent experience due to the loss of franchise star Chadwick Boseman, the titular hero King T'Challa, and the process of moving forward without either of them, "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" also maintains an element of joy. We're not just talking about the happiness that True Believers get when a new Marvel Studios movie debuts in theaters, either. Ryan Coogler's follow-up to his hit 2018 superhero movie is infused with the exuberance of a true celebration of culture and life. And though the things that bring us joy in the Phase Four finale are the characters like Shuri, M'Baku, Okoye, Nakia, the people of Wakanda, and their resilience in the face of tragedy, the House of Ideas continues to spread tiny bits of happiness throughout their projects for eagle-eyed viewers with the help of well placed Easter eggs.

Hammerhead and his goons are squeezing the owner of her favourite coffee shop for protection money and that’s just for starters. In court Murdock is trying to help Maria Snyder convince the judge the Purple Man told her to burn her house down (with her family still inside) and Jessica learns that he may still be just as much of a threat to her. And then multiple variants of Jessica turn up!

American rapper Yung Berg has been in the news yet again for another controversy. Throughout his entire career that spans nearly two decades, Young Berg has never really gone without getting attached to some kind of negative publicity or another. Recently, he has been in the news for some of the comments he’s been making regarding another artist’s legal troubles with her label. Whether that has anything to do with Yung Berg or not is really irrelevant at this point. However, it does make us think about the rapper again. If you’ve forgotten who Yung Berg was or don’t really

TMZ broke the story ... cops were called following an altercation in his hotel room back in October and they found 2 blunts on him. This is another stacked week with some fantastic first issues and great jumping on points for books you might be behind on, so let’s take a look at what’s on offer.
In terms of big debuts, this week’s runaway hit is Kyle Starks and Gabo’s Dead of Winter #1 from Oni Press. Now, I have absolutely no idea about the franchise this is based on, I believe it’s a board game? However, this debut issue gives you everything you need to know which is namely 1) There are zombies and 2) There’s a dog that really hates zombies. I think we all...

After giving a look-see at the gallery at the top, you’ll probably agree that the dynamic visuals are worthy of the character, to say the least. International Iron Man #2
Story: Brian Michael Bendis Art: Alex Maleev
Synopsis:
The mystery of Tony's real parents reveals some truths behind the history of the Marvel Universe that have been kept hidden for decades. Can Tony unravel the mystery before deadly history repeats itself?
Review:
More details are revealed about Tony’s relationship with Cassandra and how it might be the cause for all his current relationship problems. Also it’s hinted at in current times, Cassandra might know something about Tony’s real parents. A bit of a “filler” issue, but still some excellent art from Alex Maleev. Might be worth skipping and just getting a trade later on.
Score C+ The Ultimates #6

Many comic stores around the world have various signings from top creators encompassing small, indie or mainstream. Christian Ward used to frequent the Nostalgia and Comics store in Birmingham, UK during his university days. Under the aegis of Image Comics, Christian’s career as an artist has been on the rise over the past few years. Having worked on The Infinite Vacation with Nick Spencer (Morning Glories), he resigned from his job as a teacher to not only draw but also co write alongside Matt Fraction on Ody-c.
The book has gained acclaimed from critics and fans for a unique “gender bent” version take on Homer’s Odyssey set in space. It’s another successful Image book for the artist, and he continues to push boundaries as a comic creator. Ody-c #1
Written by Matt Fraction
Art by Christian Ward
Published by Image Comics
The Odyssey is one of the oldest and best stories of Western civilization and has been adapted, retold, and expanded upon many times over the years in mediums as disparate as film (O Brother Where Art Thou), modernist novel (Ulysses), and even epic poem (The Odyssey: A Modern Sequel). In Ody-c #1, Matt Fraction and Christian Ward move the wanderings of wily Odysseus to space while performing gender swaps on the majority of the characters. Odysseus is now Captain Odyssia, the leader of one of the only three ships to survive the war against the siegeworld Troia. Like any good adapter, Fraction keeps much of the core of the Odyssey, which is the fickleness of the gods, the difficulty of returning home, and Odyssia’s personal struggle between her yearning for adventure and settling peacefully for her family.

It's been an uphill struggle, but Marvel's Agents Of Shield is now officially solidly entertaining TV. Here's James' review...
This review contains spoilers.
2.6 A Fractured House
This week on Agents Of Shield: things happen! Plots and subplots alike receive attention! Character arcs get advanced! I'm officially calling it: Agents Of Shield is now a reliably competent piece of television. The bar has been raised. Admittedly, only to the place it should've been this time last year, but still. Progress is progress.
After a stunning introduction last episode, Mockingbird continues to heat up a formerly tepid cast along with the other new arrivals. The interplay between Bobbi and Hunter was some of the best material this show has ever produced, giving it a Mr. and Mrs. Smith vibe that could easily carry the show forward on its own. I don't care how they do it, I want to see more of these two together.
