Amr Metwally was born in Alexandria, Egypt on January 6th 1981, but grew up in a small
middle class town on the East Coast of Florida. There, he attended his
schooling and took part in several stage plays. In the fall of 2004, he
moved out to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. He attended film
classes at Pasadena City College and since, decided to branch out into
directing and writing as well.
