Produced by Sony Pictures Television, the series was picked up by ABC for the 2011–2012 television season, with Sony licensing the rights to the Pan Am name and logo from Pan Am Systems, a New Hampshire-based railroad company that acquired the Pan Am brand in 1998.
Cast includes Christina Ricci, Kelli Garner, Michael Mosley, Mike Vogel, Karine Vanasse, Margot Robbie, Annabelle Wallis, Michael Dean, Will Chase, Roy William Gardne, Jay Storey, Bettina Bilger, and Brian J. Carter.
The series will debut September 25, 2011.
