This is either going to be really good or so bad, it’s great. But either way, ABC’s relaunch of Battle of the Network Stars (premiering Thursday, June 29 at 9/8c) is looking like the summer’s must-see — especially since on Tuesday the full list of competitors was released. The celebrities we’re most psyched to see throwing down in events like the kayak relay race and dunk tank:

They became the Brady Bunch—and nearly 50 years later, here they are again. In a special reunion interview for alum of the beloved sitcom, Barry Williams (Greg Brady), Christopher Knight (Peter Brady), Mike Lookinland (Bobby Brady) and Susan Olsen (Cindy Brady) reminisced about the show that made them everlasting TV stars. "You don't grow old for yourself until you see yourself in a photo—somehow you just don't see it. It's as though the show keeps us young in everyone's mind," Knight, 59, described to Today's Matt Lauer. Lieutenant Brian Rice, the highest-ranking Balitmore police officer charged in the 2015 death of Freddie Gray, has been acquitted on all charges, marking the fourth non-conviction in the case, People confirms. Judge Barry Williams ruled in a bench trial on Monday that prosecutors failed to prove the charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office, The Baltimore Sun reports. Prosecutors argued Rice, 42, who pleaded not guilty, was in charge at the time of Gray's arrest and should have known to secure Gray with a seat belt when he was transported in a police van. The Baltimore police van driver who transferred Freddie Gray was acquitted on all charges related to the death of the 25-year-old, whose broken neck while in transit set off the city’s worst riots in decades. Six officers were charged in Gray’s death, but only Officer Caesar Goodson, 46, was accused of murder. Goodson allegedly left Gray unprotected by a seatbelt that prosecutors say would have kept him from slamming into the van’s metal walls. Baltimore Circuit Judge Barry Williams delivered his verdict after hearing five days of testimony in the non-jury trial. He also found Goodson not guilty of manslaughter,...

Judge Barry Williams has declared a mistrial in the case of Baltimore police officer William G. Porter, one of six officers charged in connection with the death of Freddie Gray, according to multiple reports. Gray died of a spinal injury while in police custody in April, sparking protests across Baltimore that sometimes turned violent. Porter was the first of six officers to go to trial in the case. He is charged with manslaughter, assault, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment for his involvement in Gray's arrest. The jury told the judge Tuesday that they were deadlocked, but Williams told them to keep deliberating.

Start with the title: Clown Car! may sound like the movie someone will inevitably make about the 2016 presidential campaign, but how about evoking those great Seventies wacky-journey films like Death Race 2000, Vanishing Point or Smokey and the Bandit?
When I raised the question on Twitter, suggestions included All the President's Wanna-Bes, Every Which Way But Left, Cannonball Rug, A Kochwork Orange and the subtly appropriate Hair.

Syfy will launch its new sort-of superhero series "Alphas" in the summer, and it's developing a boatload of unscripted shows (along with a few scripted ones) for the coming year.
Also? One of the channel's upcoming Saturday-night B-movies is called "Jersey Shore Shark Attack."
The cable channel made the announcements Tuesday (March 22) at upfront presentation in New York. On the scripted side of the ledger, "Alphas" -- starring David Strathairn as the leader of a team of people whose "brain anomalies" give them special mental and physical abilities -- will premiere in July along with three returning shows: "Warehouse 13," "Eureka" and "Haven."
Syfy is also still developing "Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome" (although there's nothing new to report) and three comedy projects. One is "Three Inches," about a guy who has the ability to move any object with his mind ... up to a distance of three inches. The show...

Florence Henderson was the fifth celebrity sent home from "Dancing With the Stars." She was one of the oldest contestant to ever participate on the show and while her technical efforts were not as great as some of the others, we thought the nostalgic love of Mrs. Brady would've kept her around a long time.
Perhaps it was the incest-y allusions to her hook up with "Brady" son Barry Williams. Ewww. Either way, Florence and partner Corky Ballas were not the lowest scored by the judges. That honor went to Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas for a jive that was at times Kate Gosselin-levels of uncomfortable.
The other couple in danger was Rick Fox and Cheryl Burke, though that doesn't necessarily mean they were the other lowest vote-getters. The results show was punctuated by performances by Jason Derulo and the Mwano Brothers.
What do you think, "Dwts" fans? Did FLorence deserve to go home?...

Some people love reunions. Others dread them. And some break out in a rash at the very thought of them. We're in the latter category.
And so, apparently, are some actors who starred in famous '70s family TV shows.
The "Partridge Family" reunion was one member short when the cast gathered on Tuesday (March 2) for the "Today Show's" "Great TV Families Reunited" series. Susan Dey, the actress who played eldest daughter Laurie Partridge was inexplicably Mia.

This week, we also reported that a planned "Brady Bunch" reunion petered out when stars Maureen McCormick and Eve Plumb (Marcia and Jan Brady) refused to be on the same stage together due to their feud.
It reportedly had something to do with Maureen's book detailing cocaine use, sex with her Brady brother and an alleged lesbian hook-up with Eve.

Williams claims that back on November, Kennedy accused him of having an affair with a co-star and then pulled a knife on him. No harm was done to either party, as Williams stopped her before she could hurt anyone.
Williams also says that Kennedy stole almost $30,000 from his checking account when she got her hands on his pin number. He reports that Wells Fargo has caught her on tape and has opened a fraud investigation.
First of all... "co-star?" What is Barry Williams even doing these days?
Secondly, we think Mr. Brady would say, "Knives are not toys and should be handled with care."
Finally, Kennedy is so young and pretty. And she's wearing a "Lost" shirt, which is awesome. How did Barry Williams snag her?...

Bio Channel is set to premiere Celebrity Ghost Stories, a series where stars recount real-life encounters with the paranormal, on Oct. 3. The list of storytellers is already pretty compelling: David Carradine gives one of his last interviews to share how he married a widow and became frequently visited by the jealous spirit of his wife's ex. ("In a chilling twist of irony, the haunting takes place in his bedroom closet," the press release teases.) Then you've got John Waters, Rue McClanahan, Joan Rivers, Carrie Fisher, Greg Grunberg, Debi Mazar, Barry Williams, Illeana Douglas, Lili Taylor, Tom Arnold, Morgan Fairchild, Scott Baio, Gina Gershon, C. Thomas Howell, Eric Roberts, Justine Bateman, Carnie Wilson, Dee Snider, Teri Polo, Lisa Rinna, Elisabeth Rohm, Nia Long, Traci Lords, Sammy Hagar, Ernie Hudson, Jay Thomas, Ali Landry, John Salley, James Kyson Lee, Kelly Carlson, Federico Castelluccio, and Anson Williams (Happy Days' Potsie, who's most...

For many gay and bisexual men of a certain age, the first inkling that they weren’t like other boys came on Saturday mornings from 1974 to 1976, in the form of a television show called The Land of the Lost. The show, about a father and his two children who were stranded in a mysterious land of dinosaurs, also featured vicious, but curiously slow-moving reptilian humanoids called Sleestak. Now the classic kids’ program by Sid and Marty Krofft, the producers of H.R. Pufnstuf and Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, has even been made into a feature film starring Will Ferrell, opening this Friday.
But it wasn’t just the gloriously campy-even-at-the-time nature of the show itself that appealed to gay boys. It was also the fact that it featured the role of Will, the Marshall’s handsome teenage son, played by an actor billed only as “Wesley,” but whose full name is Wesley Eure.

The Seventh Annual TV Land Awards aired last night on ... well, TV Land, and it was a gay couch potato's dream come true. It had a thirtieth anniversary tribute to the classic nighttime soap Knots Landing (and a warmly received marriage equality shout-out by the show's creator David Jacobs), a typically adept hosting job by Neil Patrick Harris (whose Twilight Zone-ish opening musical number can be seen here), and a tribute to Sid & Marty Krofft that ranks as the greatest ten minutes of TV since Andra's freak-out on Boy Meets Boy.
Unfortunately, it also featured some "meh" moments. There were tributes to a couple of shows I never watched (Home Improvement, Magnum P.I.) and the inexplicable tribute to Two and a Half Men as a "Future Classic".
But all in all it was a great night, and we've got some of the highlights to scorch your senses ...

What the hell is going on here, and why is Neil Patrick Harris stuck in the middle of it?! You may have heard that Nph briefly caught fire during a rehearsal for the show, but apparently that was the least of his worries ... Ted McGinley was there, and he wanted hugs!!
Seriously, Greg Brady, Electra Woman and Dyna Girl, Cyndi Lauper, Land of the Lost, flying Neil Patrick Harris, Activia Lady in a toolbelt, musical numbers, and more? It's like they opened up snicks' brain and swiped everything but the Luke Macfarlane/Stevie Nicks slashfic.
Barry Williams and friends
Read on, if you dare!

Neil Patrick Harris played captain at last night's TV Land Awards in La, bringing together stars for yet another night to celebrate classic television. Amy Poehler and Will Ferrell were just two of the comedic actors who helped liven up the evening along with stars like Teri Hatcher, who also made time to attend Saturday's attending the GLAAD Awards. Matthew McConaughey wore his award show uniform after spending Saturday promoting Ghosts of Girlfriends Past with Jennifer Garner, joking with the press about marriage and raising kids in Hollywood. The awards show won't air until April 26, but it looks like it has the potential for a lot of laughs with the fun group of celebrities who attended. As the Society noms continue to roll in, the latest comes from the Visual Effects Society as they announce their nominees for the 7th Annual Ves Awards, a ceremony recognizing outstanding visual effects in over a dozen categories of film, animation, television, commercials and video games. Of course all I really care about are the film noms, but you can check out the full list of nominees by downloading the Pdf press release right here. Iron Man led the way with five nominations and is competing with The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Hellboy II: The Golden Army and Cloverfield in the Outstanding Visual Effects in a Visual Effects Driven Motion Picture category, the category probably deemed the highest profile of the bunch and it went to Transformers last year only to see The Golden Compass pull out a surprise win at the Oscars.

Former child actress Maureen McCormick is thankful she didn't lose her virginity to Brady Bunch co-star Barry Williams - because she's convinced the tryst with her on-screen brother would have sent her spiralling into a deeper depression.
McCormick speaks candidly about her long-running battle with drugs and depression in her forthcoming book Here's the Story: Surviving Marcia Brady and Finding My True Voice.
And the actress is adamant her condition would have worsened if Williams had succeeded in bedding her.
Recalling the encounter, she says, "We were swimming in the pool. We were in our bathing suits, hot and heavy... we got very close and his parents, thank God, came in the room. Thank God because he was my (screen) brother, right? I would've been really messed up."...

Former Brady Bunch pin-up Maureen McCormick is set to uncover her battles with drug addiction and detail her romantic trysts with Michael Jackson in her forthcoming memoirs.
The actress, who played perfect teen Marcia Brady in the hit 1970s series, turned to drugs after her run on the successful show ended in 1974 and she struggled to find more TV work.
In her new book, Here's the Story: Surviving Marcia Brady and Finding My True Voice, the star talks candidly about how her life spiralled out of control once she became addicted to cocaine.
She writes, "My life after Marcia Brady was a whirlwind of experimentation and searching that evolved into a grim spiral of avoidance, denial and self-destruction.
"Sometimes I wonder how my life would've been different if I'd said no and never done another line (of cocaine) again. But that's not what happened. It was as if I had stepped out of my normal shell full of insecurities and worries and into a different and far cooler, mellower, and more fun skin."
McCormick also reveals details of her dates with funnyman Steve Martin, co-star Barry Williams, who played her TV sibling Greg Brady, and pop superstar Michael Jackson
She writes of her time with the Thriller singer, "Once we went ice-skating and he held my hand as we glided around the rink. I wondered if he might try to kiss me, but he didn't. After another outing, he did give me a kiss goodbye. But it was only a gentle peck on the cheek."
The book is slated for a U.S. release on 14 October.
