From werewolf to vampire Mr. Sheen... British actor Michael Sheen has joined Summit Entertainment's "The Twilight Saga: New Moon." Based on the Stephenie Meyer book, the film began shooting last month in Vancouver. Apparently, he'll play the leader of the Volturi, a coven of vampires who are based in Italy. Sheen has played a Lycan (a.k.a. werewolf) in all three films of the "Underworld" franchise. His more upper crust roles include the critically acclaimed "Frost/Nixon" and "The Queen." 90210 star Brandon Michael Vayda has been caught on camera brawling outside a Los Angeles nightclub.
The actor was enjoying a night out with friends at the MyHouse nightclub in L.A. on Saturday night when troubled started outside the venue.
Vayda and his pals are said to have become embroiled in a dispute with another group and the altercation reportedly spilled out onto the street, with the star standing by as the feud escalated into violence.
The footage of the incident, posted on TMZ.com, appears to show Vayda pulling another man out of a taxi and throwing several punches before the fight was eventually broken up.
No arrests were made. A representative for the actor was unavailable for comment as WENN went to press.

Summit Entertainment is banking on the "Twilight" lead Robert Pattinson. The actor who has skyrocketed to fame thanks to the Stephenie Meyer adaptations, is now in talks to star in "Memoirs" for the studio. "Hollywoodland" director Allen Coulter is currently in negotiations to helm the film produced by Underground Films' Trevor Engelson and Nick Osborne. Shawn Hatosy has joined the cast of NBC's drama pilot "LAPD," and Kristin Bauer has signed to co-star in the HBO's hourlong pilot "Hung."
Meanwhile, two new CW series have added recurrings: David Giuntoli on "Privileged" and Greg Ellis on "Valentine." In addition, Brandon Vayda and Hayley Marie Norman have signed on for arcs on the CW's "90210" and Starz's "Crash," respectively.
In "Lapd," an ensemble cop drama, Hatosy will play Sammy, a newlywed cop with marriage troubles. Hatosy, next up in the films "Bad Lieutenant" and "Public Enemies," is repped by Ifa and Mary Erickson Entertainment.
The dark comedy pilot "Hung" centers on Ray (Thomas Jane), a well-endowed struggling high school basketball coach. Bauer, repped by Paul Kohner Agency and Kritzer Levine Wilkins, will play Ray's ex-wife.
