Born in Atlanta in 1982, Eliot was named after famed poet and
playwright, T.S. Eliot. He graduated from Arts Magnet High School where
he played tennis and lacrosse and was also a member of the swim team.
Eliot was active with the high school newspaper as both his parents are
newspaper journalists and editors. His brother is in the band Cameron
and the Friendly Ship. He moved to Los Angeles in 2000 to attend UCLA
and received a B.A. in Theater, Film, and Television. He speaks
conversational Spanish and enjoys writing and sports when not pursuing
acting endeavors.
You can see him throughout LA, performing at The Groundlings, Upright
Citizens Brigade and Nerdmelt theaters. He can also be seen online with
his comedy sketch group Dust Bowl kids.
He went through a month long boot camp to learn the sport of rugby to prepare for his role in Forever Strong (2008). He excelled at the sport so well that he was able to do his own stunts in the film.
He recently tested for the CW's reboot of MADtv.
Is a member of the renowned comedy school, Groundlings and is a senior member of it's Sunday Company. For most students it's a 7 year process to reach the top level of the Groundlings school.
