Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy has signed with UTA for representation in all areas.
The reality TV celebrity and entrepreneur is best known as a castmember of the Bravo series, having joined in season six as a “friend of” ahead of becoming a narrator of the unscripted show about private U.S. Southern wealth from season nine.
Southern Charm, which debuted in 2014, follows the lives of a group of friends in Charleston, South Carolina, as it reflects their affluent lifestyles, friendships, romantic relationships and social events. The series focuses on family dynamics, cultural traditions, and the clash between old money and new money in the U.S. South.
Her foray into unscripted TV world followed LeCroy opening her beauty salon in downtown Charleston as she looked to grow professionally. LeCroy was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, before moving to Charleston in 2009, where she still lives with her son.

USA also recently opted to cancel another of its scripted series, “Dare Me,” after one season.

Both “The Purge” and “Treadstone” have been canceled at USA Network, Variety has confirmed.
“The Purge” aired two seasons on the cabler while “Treadstone” had aired one. Both were produced at least in part by Ucp and based on Universal film franchises, with “Treadstone” being set in the “Bourne” universe.
The cancellations come roughly two weeks after USA canceled freshman drama “Dare Me.” Like many cable networks of late, USA is moving more toward unscripted programming like “Temptation Island” and “The Biggest Loser,” as well as the network’s flagship show “Monday Night Raw” from WWE. The network is also focusing on more event-style scripted programming, like its upcoming Evel Knievel limited series starring Milo Ventimiglia. USA will also air the upcoming second season of “Dirty John,” with Season 1 having aired on fellow NBCUniversal network Bravo.

Exclusive: USA Network has opted not to proceed with new seasons of its high-profile drama series The Purge and Treadstone. Both were based on popular Universal movie franchises, The Purge and Bourne, respectively. The Purge was canceled after two seasons and Treadstone after one.
Both dramas were expensive while not drawing enough eyeballs on linear television.. For USA sibling Ucp, the studio behind both series, that could not be offset by streaming deals the company had with Amazon Prime.
The Purge and Treadstone join USA original drama series Dare Me, which also recently was canceled after one season. This is part of an overall programming shift at the NBCU network away from ongoing scripted series toward more live and unscripted programming, along with “eventized” scripted projects.

USA dropped the first trailer for the second season of “The Purge” on Friday, and it seems like the powers-that-be may be realizing that letting people slaughter each other without consequence may not have been their best idea.
Based on the hit movie franchise, “The Purge” revolves around a 12-hour period when all crime, including murder, is legal. Season 2 explores how a single Purge night affects the lives of four interconnected characters over the course of the ensuing year, all inevitably leading up to the next Purge.
“The Purge is making people more violent, not just on Purge but every day of the year,” one character warns in the trailer. Who could possibly have seen that coming?

The Purge will return to USA Network for season 2 in October.
The Purge season 2 will continue to terrify citizens everywhere on USA Network. The network confirmed The Purge Season 2 renewal, another sign of the network's continued commitment to scripted genre programming. Who would have thought that a series of subversive b-movies would spark a successful TV series, right?
The first season was executive produced by James DeMonaco (the creator of the franchise and director of all but one of the films) and Thomas Kelly, who served as the showrunner. Presumably DeMonaco, ringmaster of all things Purge related, will return for The Purge Season 2.
Here is everything we know about The Purge season 2.

The Purge proves once again that anti-gun zones fail to stop gun violence and being a pacifist won't save you when it's kill or be killed.
This The Purge review contains spoilers.
The Purge Episode 8
Like Penelope and Miguel, I am a Purge survivor. No, really! If you'll indulge me my inner Sophia Petrillo, picture it: Louisville, 2014.
It's a hot August day, when fliers start appearing on telephone poles around town. The leering face of the masked man from the original Purge film dominates the flier, which promises “Louisvilles The Purge” from 8:00 Pm until 6:30 Am. In hindsight, it seems silly, but at the time, it was taken seriously as a real threat. Five months earlier, a mob of 200 teenagers formed up at a major park on the city waterfront. The group rampaged up and down major streets, beating, robbing, and vandalizing property before the incident dispersed. Several people were hospitalized.

Former Nurse Jackie star Dominic Fumusa is set for a key recurring role in the upcoming The Purge series for USA Network.
Based on the hit movie franchise from Blumhouse Productions, The Purge revolves around a 12-hour period when all crime, including murder, is legal. Set in an altered America ruled by a totalitarian political party, the series follows several seemingly unrelated characters living in a small city. As the clock winds down, each character is forced to reckon with their past as they discover how far they will go to survive the night.
Fumusa will play Pete the Cop, a keen eyed, no bullshit, ex-military and ex-cop with a mysterious past and a dry sense of humor. He’s extremely connected and respected by the community, and has his finger on the pulse of the city.

“The First Purge” is the lowest-grossing entry in the “Purge” franchise, but not for long. With nearly $60 million in box office earnings after three weekends in release, the fourth film of the series should surpass the original and could creep up with “Anarchy” and “Election Year” ($79 million) when it’s all said and done.
Given it was made on a $13 million budget, the film is already a massive success — just like the rest. So why is the franchise shifting to television?
“It’s kind of unprecedented for a film franchise at its peak — each entry [of the first three] has made more than the last one — to go to TV,” Jason Blum said during the show’s Comic-Con panel. “It’s really an indication that the line between TV and movies is blurry on the business side, but on the creative side […] the TV series let us explore [this world] more than the movies.”

“The Purge” takes place for 12 hours over the course of one night, so no matter how many two-hour movies Blumhouse pumps out, they can’t capture the constant fear felt for so long during that one, fictional night where anything is legal — including murder.
But you know what can? A TV show.
Billed as a 10-hour event series capturing the 12 hours of terror on Purge Night, the USA Network adaptation of “The Purge” (produced by Blumhouse TV) released a new trailer at San Diego Comic-Con 2018. You can watch it below for a taste of the terror to come.

“We are just minutes away from the start of this glorious holiday. Tonight we celebrate because we made this country great. Let the fun begin!” USA Network has released the first trailer and revealed a premiere date of September 4 for The Purge USA/Syfy series.
The project comes from franchise creator James DeMonaco, Blumhouse Television, the TV divisions of the movies’ producer Blumhouse Prods. and Universal Cable Productions. The franchise — about one day each year when murder and mayhem is legalized — hatched its highest grossing effort so far with the most recent The Purge: Election Year in 2016. Blumhouse Television has added William Baldwin to the cast of its upcoming series adaptation of the horror franchise “The Purge.”
Baldwin will recur on the series as Don Ryker, the managing partner at Jane’s (Amanda Warren) investment firm, and her boss. The character is described as “handsome, confident and powerful.” He appears to be a big Jane supporter but in fact, may be standing in the way of her career advancement.
Warren’s character is a “hardworking finance professional” who hires an assassin on the night of the Purge after becoming convinced that she’s hit an insurmountable glass ceiling, but according to the network, Don harbors his own Purge-night secret.

Lili Simmons, Colin Woodell, Hannah Anderson, Lee Tergesen, Gabriel Chavarria and Jessica Garza are also set to star in the series, which hails from Blumhouse’s recently launched TV studio and Universal Cable Productions. It will air on both USA Network and Syfy.
The creator of the film franchise, James DeMonaco, will executive produce the series alongside Michael Bay with Brad Fuller and Andrew Form of Platinum Dunes, and Sebastien K. Lemercier. Thomas Kelly is executive producer and showrunner.
Baldwin is repped by Stride Management and Innovative Artists.

"Copper" won't be coming back to BBC America for a third season. The network launched the period drama, which was created by Tom Fontana and Will Rokos and set in 1860s New York, with great fanfare in 2012 as its first wholly owned original, not a co-production. But despite record ratings when it premiered, the series has failed to find major traction in its second season, while BBC America's latest, "Orphan Black," has drawn serious accolades. "'Copper' has been a fascinating and exciting experience for everyone involved," BBC America's Perry Simon said in a statement released to the press. "The opportunity to work with Tom Fontana, Barry Levinson, Will Rokos, Thomas Kelly and the extraordinary cast and crew on this journey is one that we are extremely proud of. Their vision to re-tell the immigrant experience through the melting pot of New York City was an original...
