Alexandre Corbeil Palma is a French Canadian-Panamanian writer, producer and director who was born in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada.
A recent graduate from the "Film and Television Production and Post-Production" program at the Trebas Institute in Toronto, he is here to promote his first short film in the psychological thriller genre entitled "Red Hood".
Having been passionate about genre films and action films since a very young age, it is only normal that the path of cinema came back to him like a call from the heart.
Having hovered around the world of VFX in Montreal for a while and then returning to filmmaking here in Toronto, "Red Hood" represents the germination of a long-standing inner creative flow.
Loving and embracing film noir themes, he has his eye on the future of neo-noir in all its cinematic possibilities and more particularly on how we can elevate genres to create something fresh and unique in the film industry.
