Playboy has found itself in a hairy legal situation, and it’s all because of Paul McCartney’s unfortunate grooming choices. Playboy Enterprises has been slapped with a lawsuit by a photographer who claims that Playboy.com lifted his photo of the former Beatle for a gallery of famous mullets. In his lawsuit, James Fortune says Playboy used his photo of McCartney for a 2014 slideshow titled “15 Hilariously Awesome Celebrity Mullets.” Also Read: John Lennon's Poison-Pen Letter to Paul McCartney Fetches $30,000 at Auction The slideshow apparently failed to amuse Fortune, who says Playboy didn’t license the copyrighted image. “Playboy...

Atlanta (AP) — James Fortune used to watch his children sleep in the bathtub before he lay beside his pregnant wife at night in a motel, wondering how he was going to provide for his family the next day. For the gospel singer, being homeless for seven months in 2007 was the most strenuous stint of his life. The constant letdown of watching others get hired for jobs while he and his wife Cheryl went overlooked weakened his faith. He asked in a prayer why God seemingly abandoned them during their most stressful time. But during his prayer, Fortune said he...

Landing on top of Billboard's Top 200 chart is no easy feat in today's music scene. For gospel recording artist James Fortune, accomplishing chart-topping success across various platforms is a proven result.
Fortune recently defied the odds with the release of his third album, "Identity," which debuted in the top spot on Billboard's Gospel Christian and Independent Album charts, as well as landing at the number-seven slot on Billboard's Top 200 chart, not to mention topping the Christian/Gospel category on both Amazon and iTunes. Although the Texas native has amassed number-one success alongside his ensemble F.I.Y.A. (Free In Yahweh's Abundance) in the past with his previous singles, "Identity" marks his first top-ten album, outpacing the sales of much larger, mainstream performers.

Unstoppable LP will notch 17th non-consecutive week on top of the albums chart [to avoid repeating Billboard], tying Billy Ray Cyrus' 1992 release.

Adele's 21 gives a whole new meaning to "Achy Breaky Heart." And since the singer's unstoppable album will notch its 17th non-consecutive week at #1 next week on the Billboard albums chart, she now shares that honor with Billy Ray Cyrus' breakthrough, Some Gave All, which did the same in 1992.
After blowing past the 1997 "Titanic" soundtrack last week, Adele sold another 95,000 copies of 21 to keep the top spot, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan. That was more than enough to lock out the 21st edition of the Kidz Bop series, which will debut at #2 on sales of 59,000.
The only other new face in the top 10 is gospel act James Fortune & Fiya's Identity, which moved 18,000 units.
