Joshua Funk created and was lead singer/guitarist in a band called Park: A Rock Band.
He was a cast member of Second City Detroit. He then became an award-winning director at the Second City Chicago. He won the Joseph Jefferson Award for Best Director for the revue: Holy War, Batman and Best Show for the revue: Pants on Fire.
Improv Coach for the MTV show: Wild'n Out With Nick Cannon. His job was to coach the red and black teams, and teach the celebrity talent to improvise. He was a performer on 11 of the shows.
He was awarded the 2002 Joseph Jefferson Award for Director of a Revue for "Holy War, Batman! or the The Yellow Cab of Courage" at the Second City Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.
