Willah Joseph Mudolo
Willah Joseph Mudolo is a self-made international businessman and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various sectors. He is the founder of the WJ Mudolo Foundation, dedicated to African development. Mr. Mudolo is also the author of "Africa On the Point of Change" and is pursuing a doctoral degree focused on African development. He has successfully mobilized significant financial resources for governments, emphasizing his commitment to African progress.
As the leader of the National Economic Transformation Party, he envisions a Zambia where natural resources benefit the people and corruption is eradicated. Mr. Mudolo's goal is to transform Zambia into a high-income country and run for President in 2026, enjoying widespread support from influential figures.
Over the past decade, he has developed a comprehensive National Development Plan (NDP) for Zambia, addressing key areas of national development:
1. Economic Development: The NDP promotes economic growth by diversifying into agriculture, manufacturing, and services, encouraging Foreign Direct Investment and supporting domestic industries.
2. Infrastructure Development: Plans include enhancing road networks, power generation, and communication technologies to boost connectivity and growth.

4. Agricultural Transformation: The NDP focuses on modernizing and expanding the agricultural sector, ensuring sustainable farming practices, food security, and increased agricultural exports.
5. Environmental Sustainability: Measures to combat climate change, protect biodiversity, and manage natural resources sustainably are included.
6. Governance and Anti-Corruption: The NDP promotes good governance, transparency, accountability, and rule of law while combatting corruption and improving public service delivery.
7. Social Inclusion and Equity: Poverty reduction and improved living standards, with a focus on vulnerable populations, are key objectives.
8. Regional and International Cooperation: The plan strengthens regional and international ties, promoting peaceful coexistence and trade cooperation.
