Lázaro Ros was born on 11 May 1925 in Havana, Cuba. He was a composer, known for Orisha Ayé, colección leyenda (2002). He died on 8 February 2005 in Havana, Cuba.

Cuba. Yoruba, a West African culture that was brought by slaves
exported to Cuba from Africa is a fast rhythm musical style. He was
nominated for a 2001 Latin Grammy award for best Folkloric album.
