Britney Haynes comes clean on her Big Brother feud with Danielle Reyes: ‘I know she hates me’
Britney Haynes
Big Brother: Reindeer Games kicked off a feud between Britney Haynes and Danielle Reyes.

Maybe “feud” isn’t the right word, as Danielle was feuding with Britney, and Britney rolled with the punches.

Danielle claimed that Britney betrayed her during Reindeer Games when Britney picked Danielle to compete in a challenge.

Danielle lost that challenge and got eliminated, leading to her blaming Britney for it repeatedly.

Fast forward to the season premiere of The Traitors 3, where Britney and Danielle each learned they were on the cast.

Britney made a move to bury the hatchet and swallow her pride about Reindeer Games, but now she has come clean about why she did it.

Britney Haynes revealed why she apologized to Danielle Reyes

The Let’s Get Treacherous podcast hosted Britney Haynes for a new episode.

Survivor alums Carolyn Wiger and Carson Garrett host the fun and unique podcast, where they often chat with reality TV folks.

Survivor 44’s Carson Garrett Called What Some Former Players Were Doing 'Disgusting'
Image
Every year, there are new Survivor fans who discover the show and have to figure out which seasons to watch first. However, many of the fans of Jeff Probst's beloved reality show have been watching long enough to know things like who the first player to be medically evacuated was. These days, it seems like everyone who plays Survivor is the kind of fan of the show who can rank every season, know who the best players are, and have opinions about every winner.

Since most players know so much about Survivor's history, it seems like they want to be embraced by the show's past players. That is why it is so remarkable that Survivor 44’s Carson Garrett spoke out about finding the behavior of some past players "disgusting."

Why Survivor's Carson Garrett Labeled The Way Some Former Players Were Behaving "Disgusting"

Survivor alums dress up for Halloween: Costumes include creepy Kenzie, a Boston family, and Jeff Probst tributes
Survivor (2000)
Many Survivor alums dressed up to celebrate Halloween this year.

Some former castaways even wore multiple costumes.

It was also interesting to see fans getting into the spirit, with some dressing as the host of Survivor.

Jeff Probst has to be flattered that viewers still dress as him for Halloween after more than 46 seasons on CBS.

Survivor 46 winner Kenzie Petty got into the spirit with her new baby, making her new bundle of joy a bit “spooky” for the holiday.

For anyone who missed that news, Kenzie married and had a baby following her time in Fiji.

Charlie Davis from Survivor 46 graduates from law school, Big Brother and Survivor alums celebrate with him
Image
Charlie Davis spoke about investing in himself and finishing school while on Survivor 46.

He did exactly that and finished law school. Now he can begin the next chapter in his life.

Charlie became a fan-favorite Season 46 castaway, often relating Taylor Swift’s lyrics to what he was experiencing in Fiji.

It even led to a jury member ordering him not to mention Taylor Swift as he tried to get their votes.

Now back in the United States, Charlie can quote his favorite singer as often as he wants. And that happened in a recent video shared online.

Charlie shared a video where he was in the shower singing about why he was saddened by Maria Gonzalez not voting for him. Of course, Taylor Swift’s music was playing.

‘Survivor’ Superfan Sia Is Done Awarding Cash Prizes to Her Favorite Contestants
Image
It’s the end of an era — Sia is done giving cash prizes to her favorite Survivor contestants and winners. For the past 14 seasons, the singer has personally awarded a select few contestants an extra cash prize from her own personal funds. To date, Sia has given away more than $1 million. But after the conclusion of season 46 came and went earlier this week with seemingly no Sia prize handed out, Survivor host Jeff Probst confirmed that the singer has decided to stop awarding her own “Sia Prize.”

‘Survivor’ Announces The End Of The ‘Sia Prize’ Bonus For Contestants From The Pop Singer
Image
Survivor contestants are saying see ya to a bit of prize money from pop singer/songwriter Sia.

Just two days after Survivor’s 46th season ended, host Jeff Probst announced that the Sia Prize has come to an end. Sia will no longer award money to her favorite players every season.

On May 24, Probst announced the end of her largesse on Instagram. Sia reposted it.

“After eight years, 14 seasons, 19 players, and over $1,000,000 awarded, Survivor is officially bringing the Sia Prize to a triumphant end!”

Sia reposted Probst’s statement on her Instagram Story, adding animated hearts.

“Over the many years, Sia has brought so much joy to so many players and it was always straight from her heart,” Probst said.

“So it is with tremendous gratitude and admiration to Sia that we bring to a close one of the most unique relationships a TV show could ever have with a...

‘Survivor’ Announces Loss Of Popular Prize Fund
Image
Survivor is losing one of its fan-favorite unofficial prize funds. Jeff Probst released a statement explaining the prize and said that it has officially ended. It has lasted eight years, 14 seasons, and 19 players have won over $1 million. However, Jeff said it is time to close it down.

Here is what Jeff Probst said is ending on Survivor after players won an extra million dollars in prize money.

Sia Is Ending Her Survivor Prize Fund

Sia is an Australian singer/songwriter who is a huge Survivor fan. When she began offering her own money as a special prize fund for her favorite contestants, it took everyone by surprise. This included host Jeff Probst, who didn’t know it was going to happen until after it started.

In 2016, Sia made a surprise appearance on the live reunion of Survivor: Kaôh Rōng. She was watching the reunion when she stood up and...

Sia Prize ends at Survivor, Jeff Probst releases statement
Image
The Sia Prize has become a familiar post-season award to fun players from each Survivor cast.

Singer Sia had given out cash prizes to the players she most enjoyed watching each season.

Sia enjoyed rewarding several players each season, with recent winners including Kaleb Gebrewold, Jake O’Kane, Carolyn Wiger, Carson Garrett, and Elaine Stott.

Players had been getting up to $100,000 for being her favorite player in a season or $15,000 for being entertaining. And she did this for eight years.

Sia is one of the biggest Survivor fans out there, and the players getting her prize would usually get invited to meet and party with her.

But it is the end of an era, as it has been announced that Sia is done with the prizes and that nobody from the Survivor 46 cast will get one.

Jeff Probst at an event for The 36th Annual People's Choice Awards (2010)
The new episode began with only 14 people competing for the $1 million prize.

Three members of the Yanu Tribe had been voted out, and Randen was medically evacuated.

Well… Bhanu wasn’t technically voted out, but Jeff Probst felt the elimination was so obvious that he didn’t make the tribe vote.

Down to only three members, as the new episode began, the Yanu Tribe was in trouble. Could Tiffany, Q, and Kenzie finally win an Immunity Challenge?

As if anyone even needs a reminder… Yanu lost the first four Immunity Challenges. They still didn’t have a flint and had to trade fish they won as a reward for camp supplies since they couldn’t cook it.

Bhanu claimed his tribe lacked empathy in an exit interview. He shared an interesting view of what happened in Fiji.

Sia is a huge fan of Survivor and loves celebrating her favorite players.

The singer of The Greatest, Cheap Thrills, and Elastic Heart also awards cash prizes to players she enjoys on the show.

Following the Survivor 45 season, Sia gave out three cash prizes to cast members. Rewarding players is something she loves doing. It also leads to more than just the winner being recognized.

Some players who have received the Survivor Sia Award include Aurora McCreary from Edge of Extinction, Elaine Stott from Island of the Idols, and Owen Knight from Survivor 43 (in Fiji).

Fans routinely debate which players will or should receive Sia’s admiration in a given season.

Katurah Topps received $100,000 from Sia after appearing on Survivor 45.

Kaleb Gebrewold and Jake O’Kane each received $15,000 from Sia after Survivor 45.

‘Survivor 45’ cast photos: Meet the 18 castaways competing in Fall 2023
Image
Season 45 of CBS’s reality TV show “Survivor” will premiere on September 27, and (for the first time ever) each episode will be 90 minutes long. As usual, this Fall 2023 competition will strand 18 diverse castaways on a deserted island in Mamanuca Islands, Fiji, where they will initially be divided into three tribes. The players will compete in challenges for immunity and rewards, and they’ll vote each other out until only one remains as the $1 million winner. Scroll through our gallery above (or click here for direct access) to see the “Survivor 45” cast photos — who’s your early favorite?

This 45th installment was filmed in Spring 2023, presumably after the fresh cast members had watched the “Survivor 44” finale on their TVs, in which Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho was crowned the champion. ‘Survivor’ Superfan Sia Nears $1 Million in Contestant Giveaways

Sia is about to hit a major milestone in her Survivor fandom. In 2016, after appearing on a reunion special for the reality show, the singer started giving money to its contestants. In a recent Howard Stern interview, Survivor host Jeff Probst, who is friends with Sia, confirmed that she has been so generous that she has given away nearly $1 million.

‘Big Brother’ Fans Want Contestant Luke Valentine Out After He Used the N-Word: ‘Every Minute’ He Stays Is ‘Humiliating’ the Show
“Big Brother” fans are calling for the ouster of houseguest Luke Valentine, but not for his gameplay. The calls to get him out of the house in fact come after he casually dropped the N-word in conversation.

The moment was caught not during one of the episodes that air on CBS but on the Paramount+ live feed, which allows fans to monitor the Big Brother house basically 24/7. It came on Wednesday morning, as Valentine was talking to fellow contestants.

During the conversation, he explains, “We were in the f–ing room, n—-,” but catches himself immediately. He tried to laugh it off and correct himself with “dude,” but the word still rang pretty clear. You can watch it here.

Within hours, fans online began calling for Luke’s expulsion from the house for his conduct.

“Production should remove Luke. Set an example,” one person tweeted. “Show current and future...

Yam Yam, Carolyn and Carson (‘Survivor 44’) reunite to talk Tika, celebrate Emmys: ‘Vote for us!’ [Exclusive Video Interview]
Image
When “Survivor” found itself nominated at this year’s Emmys in the Best Competition Program category (for the first time in 17 years), no one was more excited than the Tika Three. This fan-favorite alliance from “Survivor 44” is made up of winner Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho, finalist Carolyn Wiger and fourth-place finisher Carson Garrett, aka the “Three Stooges.” Amazingly, Yam Yam “manifested” this Emmy Award nomination last summer while speaking with host/producer Jeff Probst on the island during filming. “Jeff laughed it off, and it happened!” Carson explains. Watch the exclusive video interview above.

“Survivor” has won seven total Emmys through the years: four for Probst as Best Reality Host (2008-11), plus one each for Best Cinematography (2010), Best Sound Mixing (2001) and Best Non-Fiction Program (2001) — the latter being a “Special Class” award that was handed out before the current competition category was established.

‘Survivor’ nominated at 2023 Emmys after 17 (!) years of snubs: It’s all about Tika
Image
The last time “Survivor” was nominated for Best Competition Program at the Emmys, George W. Bush was president, the Marvel Cinematic Universe wasn’t even a thing yet, and nobody had ever heard of Oscar “Ozzy” Lusth or Parvati Shallow. The year was 2006 and “Survivor” was up for its fourth consecutive Emmy bid (for Seasons 11-12). It lost once again to “The Amazing Race,” and was never nominated again. Until now … 17 years later.

Awards pundits everywhere were shocked on the morning of July 12 when “Survivor” was named as one of the five nominees at the 2023 Emmys. This marks the reality TV show’s fifth total nomination in Best Competition Program after contending in 2003, ’04, ’05 and ’06. (It won the award for Best Non-Fiction Special Class Program in 2001 before the current Emmy category was created.)

Survivor 44 Contestants Who Should Play Again
Image
There were a number of interesting castaways on Survivor season 44, and there are a few who should definitely get invited to play again. As with other "new era" seasons, the 44th installment featured a cast of 18 new players. They were divided into three tribes of six to start the season: Soka, Tika, and Ratu.

Ultimately, it was the Tika tribe who were the biggest factor of the season. The alliance of Tika members Yam Yam Arocho, Carson Garrett, and Carolyn Wiger stuck together until the end. Yam Yam emerged as the season's winner, with Carolyn coming in third place, and Carson in fourth. The season was well-received overall, especially when the show stopped introducing new twists, and the season 44 cast introduced several exciting players to the Survivor roster.

Matt Blankinship

Mostly known for his showmance with Frannie Marin, Matt was the victim of a poorly received twist that gave him no opportunity to save himself.

10 Of Survivor’s Greatest “Fallen Angels” Ranked
Image
Some of Survivor's greatest players were strong contenders to win the game, and these "fallen angels" could've easily won their seasons with one lucky break. In the Survivor lexicon, the term, "fallen angel" refers to the last player eliminated before the Final Tribal Council, also becoming the season's final jury member. Often, they're considered one of their respective season's best overall players, but for one reason or another, they couldn't get the job done.

In old-school Survivor, the show had a Final Two instead of a Final Three, so the fallen angel was the player who received the sole vote from the final immunity challenge winner. Third place stopped being the typical fallen angel, when the show switched to its Final Three format, putting the fourth-place finisher in the fallen angel position. The format changed again with the introduction of Final Four Fire-Making. Not all fallen angels were great players,...

Where Yam Yam Arocho Ranks Among Survivor Winners
Image
Survivor crowned its newest winner in the season 44 finale, and it was Yam Yam Arocho's social game that reigned supreme when the dust settled. Yam Yam is a 36-year-old salon owner from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Yam Yam's victory makes him the first resident of a U.S. territory to win the game.

Yam Yam's game capped off a dominant run by the Tika Three alliance. Also known as the "Three Stooges," the original Tika members of Yam Yam, Carolyn Wiger, and Carson Garrett succesfully played the middle throughout the post-merge game and wedged themselves into the Final Four. Ultimately, it was Yam Yam, Carolyn, and Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt in the Final Three, with Yam Yam emerging as the decisive victor.

Yam Yam Arocho Is One Of Survivor’s Best Social Players

In comparison to his fellow Survivor winners, it's easy to rank Yam Yam as among the elite social players to win the game.

Sia Gifts Her Three Favourite ‘Survivor’ Season 44 Contestants Total Of $130k
Image
There are no cheap thrills for Sia — at least when it comes to being a “Survivor” superfan. After Wednesday’s “Survivor” season 44 finale, the celebrated songstress showed just how generous she really is by dolling out some cash to a few of her favourite contestants that came up just short of the show’s grand prize.

On Thursday, Sia surprised Carolyn Wiger, Carson Garrett and Lauren Harpe with some nifty consolation prizes after they all made it to the season 44 finale, but wound up going home empty handed.

Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho was crowned the “Sole Survivor” — and earned $1 million for his efforts – and Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt came in second place, and thus took home the $100,000 runner-up prize.

However, Wiger, Garrett and Harpe came in third, fourth and fifth respectively, meaning they essentially walked away empty handed. To take that sting away a bit, Sia swopped in with some whopping cash prizes of her own.

Pop singer Sia has once again taken her “Survivor” fandom to the next level by gifting $130,000 to her three favorite Season 44 contestants.

How Yam Yam Won 'Survivor' 44
Image
The final episode of Survivor did not disappoint in delivering a climatic, tense ending. Heading into the last episode of the 44th season of the reality competition series, there were five people remaining: Lauren Harpe, Carson Garrett, Carolyn Wiger, Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt, and Yam Yam Arocho. By the time the episode concluded, only one was left as the sole survivor. With two Immunity Challenges looming and a fire-making challenge to boot, there was always going to be an intense finale. What ended up transpiring was exactly that as Yam Yam navigated his way to victory without winning any of the three aforementioned challenges. Regardless, Yam Yam was the most deserving contestant to win on this season for a variety of reasons.

*Caution: Spoilers for Survivor season 44 ahead!*

Survivor crowned its newest winner on Wednesday, marking the conclusion of the show’s wild and exciting 44th season.

Yam Yam has best odds to win ‘Survivor 44’ as we head into Wednesday’s finale
Image
It’s the final stretch of “Survivor 44.” With only five contestants remaining, there is a lot of room left for maneuvering alliances, immunity wins and blindsides to getting to the final tribal council and pleading your case for winning the million dollar prize. As it stands, the three Tika members are looking pretty strong for the end and with all of them still intact, it is a certainty that at least one of them will make the Final 3, possibly all three. But there is also a good chance that one or both of the two women from the other tribes will join them. So who will win the season on Wednesday, May 24? Read on as we break down the winner odds of the last five contestants of the game.

Survivor 44 Finale Predictions: Who Will Win?
Survivor (2000)
The finale of Survivor Season 44 looms.

There's no denying this season has been chaotic, with one of the best all-around casts we've seen in years.

There may have been a few too many advantages and idols that interfered with the natural flow of the game, and some that didn't have any effect at all, some that were teases that left the game unceremoniously without a payoff.

But that's the "reality" part of a reality show -- even with heavy involvement on the production side (some might say interference), you can't deny that it's been entertaining.

Let's take a look at the Final Five and compare their chances of winning.

Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt

Heidi is the final remaining Soka. Originally from Puerto Rico, by way of Pittsburgh, Heidi is the oldest woman on the season, and the fact that she has made it to the finale with such a distinction is more...

Why Survivor 44 Could Have The Greatest Finale Of All Time
Image
There's only one episode left of Survivor season 44, and the finale has the potential to be an all-time great showdown. After the elimination of Jaime Lynn Ruiz in the penultimate episode, there are five players left in contention heading into the finale. There are the Tika Three alliance of Carolyn Wiger, Carson Garrett, and Yam Yam Arocho, as well as free agents Lauren Harpe and Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt.

The Tika Three, also known as the "Three Stooges," have been an unstoppable force in the game. They expertly played the other two tribal alliances against each other after the merge, and they were able to make enough social inroads with their competitors to keep the target off of themselves. Despite coming into the merge with only three members, at least one of them is guaranteed a seat at the Final Tribal Council.

Survivor 44: The Final Five’s Chances Of Winning Ranked
Image
There's only one episode of Survivor season 44 remaining, and there are five castaways set to duke it out in the finale. After a dramatic episode that saw Jaime Lynn Ruiz be voted out in sixth place, a strong group of contestants remains in contention for the million dollar prize. They include Carolyn Wiger, Carson Garrett, Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt, Lauren Harpe, and Yam Yam Arocho.

The trio of Carolyn, Carson, and Yam Yam have dominated the post-merge game. All come from the Tika tribe. Survivor 44's "Three Stooges" alliance has managed to make it all the way to the finale, despite being clear threats from early after the merge. Lauren and Heidi have had a less successful run in the game, and now they face the challenge of going against the Tika Three in the finale. Only one player can win, though, and some members of the Final Five have a better...

Jaime Lynn Ruiz (‘Survivor 44’ exit interview): ‘Finding an idol’ was ‘one of my number-one goals’ — awkward!
Image
On Wednesday’s 12th episode of “Survivor 44,” the Tika three stuck together and gained a new ally in Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt. Together they all voted to send home Jaime Lynn Ruiz, whose exuberant spirit remained until the bitter end. “Oh my gosh! I’m so grateful to make the Top 6. This is a huge accomplishment,” she stated after leaving the game. Read on for Jaime’s “Survivor 44” exit interview from the end of the episode.

But Jaime’s confessional soon turned uncomfortably awkward, as she once again brought up her fake immunity idol that she believed to be real. “Finding an idol, that was one of my number-one goals and I’m so grateful,” she declared. “I am proud of myself for overcoming so many fears. I can do anything at this point. I had so much fun playing my favorite game in the entire world.”

‘Survivor 44’ sneak peek video: Lauren says Carolyn is ‘scaring me a little bit’ [Watch]

One contestant who hasn’t gotten her fair share of screen time so far during “Survivor 44” is Lauren Harpe. Above, watch the clip before the 12th episode, “I’m the Bandit,” airs Wednesday, May 17 on CBS.

‘Survivor 44’ deleted scene: Fan favorite Carolyn Wiger is ‘not gonna apologize for crying’ [Watch]
Image
CBS has released another “Survivor 44” deleted scene that takes place shortly after fan favorite Carolyn Wiger was blindsided at tribal council over her Bff Frannie Marin‘s elimination. During the four-minute clip, audiences get some more insight into what makes the 35-year-old drug counselor from Minnesota tick. Watch the unseen moment above.

It’s Day 20 at the Va Va camp and Carolyn is reflecting on how she yelled at allies Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho and Carson Garrett for not filling her in on the Frannie vote. She tells the camera, “My strategy waking up this morning after tribal was like, I need to get out of this funk.” Carolyn tries to center herself by sitting by the beach and looking out at the water.

How Survivor 44’s "Three Stooges" Alliance Took Control Of The Game
Image
A popular trio called the "Three Stooges" alliance has taken control on Survivor 44, and it seems that they might be in it for the long haul. The alliance of Yam Yam Arocho, Carson Garrett, and Carolyn Wiger formed in the early stages of the game. All three players began the game on the Tika tribe, and although it wasn't always smooth sailing, they became the last three original Tika in the game when the merge came.

Survivor season 44 castaways Yam Yam, Carson, and Carolyn are each unique personalities with different backgrounds. Carson, a self-described "nerd," is a 20-year-old NASA engineering student. Yam Yam is an outgoing salon owner from Puerto Rico, and Carolyn is a single mom and drug counselor from Minnesota. Because of their eccentric sensibilities, the trio took to calling their alliance the "Three Stooges."

Danny Massa (‘Survivor 44’ exit interview): ‘This is the adventure of my life, for sure’
Image
On Wednesday’s 11th episode of “Survivor 44,” Danny Massa cut the mission to find out who cast a vote against him short, believing it to have been a member of Tika. That belief led him down a path to targeting Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho for the vote, but Yam Yam brought together the former Ratu members to oust Danny instead. Read on for his “Survivor 44” exit interview from the end of the episode.

For Danny, the vote should have been simple. With two Soka, two Ratu and three Tika in the game, the four non-Tika were supposed to align together to take out Yam Yam or Carson Garrett. Everyone was on board to take out Yam Yam, until he won his first immunity challenge and had safety. When the vote turned to Carson, the plan was still on, but Jaime Lynn Ruiz and Lauren Harpe were swayed by Tika to take out Danny instead.

‘Survivor 44’: Will a woman win for the 3rd time of the new era?
Image
Warning: this article contains spoilers from the May 10 episode of “Survivor 44” — read at your own risk!

Following this week’s elimination of Danny Massa, the final six contestants of “Survivor 44” have been named, and four of them are women: Carolyn Wiger, Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt, Jaime Lynn Ruiz and Lauren Harpe. The other two remaining players are Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho and Carson Garrett, aka Carolyn’s fellow “three amigos” from the original Tika tribe. So will a woman win “Survivor 44”?

Since the new era of CBS’s reality TV show began with the Covid-delayed 41st season, two of the three winners have been female (Erika Casupanan in “Survivor 41” and Maryanne Oketch in “Survivor 42”), bucking the usual trend of men receiving the $1 million check. To date, 17 seasons of “Survivor” were won by women, compared to a whopping 26 cycles dominated by men. Last year, Mike Gabler was the champion of “Survivor 43,” the only...

‘Survivor 44’ deleted scene: Danny finds an idol no one knows about — but is it real or fake? [Watch]
Image
CBS has released a “Survivor 44” deleted scene that takes place on Day 18 at the Va Va camp, and it’s a doozy. After Frannie Marin wins reward and takes Lauren Harpe, Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt and Carolyn Wiger with her to the Survivor Sanctuary, the other four players back at camp talk advantages. When Carson Garrett admits he’s “not good at” finding things, Danny Massa brags, “You guys have seen me. I’ve been looking.”

We then get quick-cuts of Danny searching for advantages in the jungle as he tearfully narrates, “The lack of food? It sucks. Really not fair. I feel like I could have been over there instead of … looking for this idol, dawg!” The 32-year-old New York firefighter bursts out laughing as he holds up the red triangular amulet, confirming his tears weren’t real.

Frannie Marin (‘Survivor 44’ exit interview): ‘I put my game to the test tonight and I failed’
Image
On Wednesday’s 10th episode of “Survivor 44,” Frannie Marin felt the “renegade excitement” of not having protection at Tribal Council for the first time. Her two previous immunity challenge wins and another win at the reward put a target on her back that even her previous Soka allies were too intimidated by to let her remain in the game. Read on for her “Survivor 44” exit interview from the end of the episode.

The vote against Frannie began with Danny Massa putting her name on the table to the other three players that were not picked by her to partake in the reward. The challenge win was Frannie’s third out of five in the individual stage of the game and that made Danny nervous that she could be unbeatable in the end. Having never worked with Lauren Harpe from Ratu in a strategic way, Danny built the bridge and kept...
