Seabiscuit star Gary Stevens was released from hospital yesterday, three days after he fell from a horse and suffered a collapsed lung during a race. The jockey, who plays George Woolf in the movie, sustained his injuries at Saturday's Arlington Million in Illinois, America. He fell when his horse, Storming Home, veered out sharply before the finishing line, throwing the rider to the turf where he was then stepped on by one of the horses behind. After three days of treatment, Northwest Community Hospital spokesman Bob Niersbach says Stevens left "in good condition". He is not expected to ride for a month.
