Chef Tiffanie Lynn Blackmon born and raised in Trenton NJ surrounded by family. Growing up my mother was a chef and worked for several universities and hospitals across the state. My mother would bring my siblings and I to see what she did everyday serving the community with her fantastic cuisines. At the age of 39 I decided after doing some catering to attend Virginia College for Culinary in Richmond Virginia. I had so much enthusiasm for my craft, I began to do competitions and won Best Appetizer at Broad Appetite in 2013. I successfully landed a job while interning at Bull & Bear Private Club in downtown Richmond. I have completed my degree in culinary arts with a 4.0. During my time in culinary school I was named named student of the department and received several acknowledgments from the president and dean of the college. Along with winning the presidential award and dean list award. In the past 9 years I have created and operated Taste of Tiffanie catering as well as being the Sous chef at Charlie Goodnights Comedy under the leadership of Helium Comedy Group out of Philadelphia PA along with many other hats.In 2017-2019 held the position of Executive Chef of Kings Dominion and currently am the owner and Founder of Brown Girls Can Cook LLC and Taste Of Tiffanie Spices.
