Everyone has been wondering about Kate‘s whereabouts for months and the questions continued when it was discovered that her recent Mother’s Day photo was digitally altered.

In the ongoing saga of the fake death message posted Monday to Josh Seiter’s Instagram, the former “Bachelorette” contestant said on Wednesday that getting back into his social media account was his “top priority,” ahead of letting people know that he hadn’t really died.
In a video interview shared on TMZ, Seiter said, “I’m just a lowly mental health advocate. So I don’t have an official PR team or a team of experts that know how to handle this kind of a thing. And I’m not technologically savvy.”
He explained, “My priority was getting back into my Instagram account… that was my number one priority, and then dealing with the stress of it all it was just overwhelming.”
Seiter’s ex, Monica Beverly Hillz, told EW on Tuesday that she was glad he was still alive, but that she believed the death hoax was a “stunt” he had perpetrated himself.

A look into Britney Spears’ life a year and a half after her 13-year conservatorship ended indicates that Spears has “big problems.”
Fox launched a trailer Monday night on TMZ’s investigation into Spear’s post-conservatorship life. It highlights Spears’ problems in her marriage, mental health and career.
The trailer claims that her marriage to Sam Ashgari is in “deep trouble” after allegedly getting into a physical fight with him. Despite her past Instagram posts without her wedding ring, Spears’ most recent posts include a close-up of Ashgari and a new dancing video, this time wearing her wedding ring.
Just last month, however, Ashgari explained that he wasn’t wearing his ring because he was filming a movie but Spears gave no explanation as to why she wasn’t wearing hers.

Adidas CEO Kasper Rorsted distanced himself from Kanye West’s controversial slavery comments earlier this week, but said the company has not discussed parting ways with the rapper as a designer.
“There clearly are some comments we don’t support,” Rorsted said in an interview with Bloomberg TV, adding that the company plans to talk with West about the matter. “Kanye has been and is a very important part of our strategy and has been a fantastic creator,” he said, declining to comment more specifically on West’s statements regarding slavery despite repeated questions from the interviewer. He added that West and his Yeezy footwear brand are a “very important part of our brand from a revenue standpoint and how we promote our products,” but emphasized the company’s overall strength.
During a conversation on “TMZ Live” with Harvey Levin and Charles Latibeaudiere, West said, “When you hear about slavery for 400 years.

Updated: Kanye West took a break from tweeting to stop by TMZ’s Los Angeles, Calif. newsroom and share his opinion that slavery was a “choice.”
During a conversation on “TMZ Live” with Harvey Levin and Charles Latibeaudiere, West said, “When you hear about slavery for 400 years. For 400 years?! That sounds like a choice. You was there for 400 years and it’s all of y’all. It’s like we’re mentally in prison. I like the word ‘prison’ because ‘slavery’ goes too direct to the idea of blacks. Slavery is to blacks as the Holocaust is to Jews. Prison is something that unites as one race, blacks and whites, that we’re the human race.”
West also further explained his support of President Donald Trump on the show after tweeting a picture last week of him wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.
“I just love Trump,” West said.

The zeitgeist within Veronica Mars’ resurrection as a major motion picture reflects directly onto film’s current state. Fans may delight in the sleuthing shenanigans that abound in co-writer/director Rob Thomas’ Veronica Mars, replete with its billion cameos and its seance-like atmosphere. But as an outsider to Mars’ world of Neptune, CA, I was struck more by the film’s observance on the forces that are currently shaping movies, for better or for worse. Considering its existence as a crowdfunding success, its endorsement of product placement, its interest in celebrity journalism, and its feature presentation as a TV movie, Veronica Mars approximately defines the current state of our creation, and consumption, of cinema as popular entertainment.
When gauging the project’s relevancy to modern film, one must talk about its background as a Kickstarter movie. Veronica Mars is one of the first major film projects out the gate to...
