Voltage launches sales on movie from director Joe Berlinger and producer Michael Costigan.
Zac Efron will star as Ted Bundy in serial killer thriller Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile.
The film is told through the perspective of Bundy’s longtime girlfriend, Liz, who went years denying the accusations against Bundy, but ultimately turned him in to the police.
Only around the time of Bundy’s death did Liz, and the rest of the world, learn the true scope of his numerous and grizzly murders.
The role of Liz has yet to be cast.

Australian writer/director Lucas Testro is back with an all new humour-filled short film called Capes. Last time he caught our attention he was taking on time-travel in I'm You, Dickhead, and this time he sets his eye on lampooning the complicated logistics of being a superhero. In the short, a dark city's crime fighting hero, "The Dark Blackness", finds himself without a sidekick, and must comes up with an unlikely solution to his staffing problem. The ABC is looking to commission a second series of It.s a Date, the narrative comedy created by Peter Helliar.
Brendan Dahill, Head of Programming for ABC1 and ABC2, rates It.s a Date and Upper Middle Bogan as the broadcaster.s stand-out comedy hits of last year. The shows aired back-to-back on Thursday nights.
Gristmill Productions. Wayne Hope and Robyn Butler are producing another eight episodes of Upper Middle Bogan.
Dahill says he is talking to the producers of It.s a Date, Princess Pictures, about a second series. The show explores the tension, expectation and complication of finding true love, with each episode following two self-contained dates as they head toward desire or disaster.
It had an all-star cast including Asher Keddie, Kate Ritchie, John Wood, Lisa McCune, Stephen Curry, Sibylla Budd, Shane Jacobson, Sophie Lowe, Nadine Garner, Pia Miranda and Helliar.

There’s little better at restoring one’s faith in cinema then when a great director returns from the wilderness. Terrence Malick was Mia for 20 years between Days of Heaven and The Thin Red Line, but Monte Hellman’s time away from feature filmmaking has been even more prolonged.
