- She was murdered by ex-boyfriend Davide Fontana on 1/20/22 at her apartment in Rescaldina, Milan, Italy. Fontana, after being arrested by police on 3/29/22, described how he hit her in the head, scarred her face to make her unrecognizable, then cut her body into 14 pieces, stuffed them into plastic bags and threw them off a cliff into the ocean near a village about a two-hour drive from the murder scene.
