for the UK in a recreation of Renoir's The Luncheon of the Boating
Party in which she had to pucker up to a dog, a principal role.
Accepted into USC's School of Drama, she switched majors and got a B.A. in Creative Writing and Cinematic Arts.
Her first audition for The Women at age eight got her a standing
ovation but not the part. They decided to cast a "more experienced
9-year-old" who'd been in their plays before.
Made her stage debut at age nine, playing the lead, Angel Gabriel, in a
church play.
Studied acting at the Beverly Hills Playhouse where she had the
distinction of breaking her nose twice on stage.
