Jennifer Morrison says she'd support a Once Upon a Time reboot, but we wouldn't unless this happened
Image
If you ask anyone what my favorite show is, to this day, it's still Once Upon a Time. The premise of the series, especially those first three seasons, was so unique and wonderful. It was a world that allowed you to escape into the fairytale stories where many were changed in inventive ways that surprised us all.

The show went on for seven seasons, from 2011 to 2018 on ABC, though I'd say that for most fans no matter who your favorite character was or what relationship you shipped the hardest, Ouat season 7 was completely unnecessary and honestly erased from most of our minds. I at least ignore the fact that it was a thing.

It's been a few years now since the series finale aired, and that makes us fans nostalgic for the show. That does mean that the actors are already being asked about whether they'd like to see and...

"Do One More Episode?": Lost Star Reveals How Showrunners Lured Her Back A Year After She Had Been Written Off
Image
Lost star Rebecca Mader reveals how she was convinced to return a year after her character, Charlotte Lewis, had been killed in the series. Mader made her series debut at the beginning of season 4 as part of the science team that came to the island aboard the Kahana freighter. Unlike the other members of the science team, whose roles expanded as part of Lost's cast in season 5, Charlotte was killed in season 5, episode 5, "This Place is Death," and Mader believed at the time that this was the end of her run on the hit series.

On The Sackhoff Show podcast, Mader explained that she returned in season 6 when showrunners Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof told her she would get to make out with James "Sawyer" Ford (Josh Holloway). At this point, Mader had moved on from Lost and had made two independent movies. Despite being disappointed with the way...

Why Jafar Was Recast In Once Upon A Time Season 6
Image
Jafar from Once Upon A Time In Wonderland was recast in season 6 of Once Upon A Time, causing his character arc to be lost in a confusing transfer. Oded Fehr played the role of Jafar in Once Upon A Time season 6, but the declining show and major actor exits prevented the character's development. Naveen Andrews, the original Jafar actor, did not return to the role after Once Upon A Time In Wonderland and instead found success in the critically acclaimed series Sense8.

Once Upon A Time recast the villain Jafar with Oded Fehr in season 6 of the ABC series, despite the character originally being performed by Naveen Andrews in the spinoff, Once Upon A Time In Wonderland. The Once Upon A Time franchise became popular by developing intricate backstories for classic fairytale characters and bringing their reimagined, live-action stories to small screens. As Disney has long since acquired the ABC network,...

Billy Burke, Diane Farr, Jules Latimer, Kevin Alejandro, Max Thieriot, Jordan Calloway, and Stephanie Arcila in Fire Country: Pompiers sur appel (2022)
Rarely do shows launch with as much heat as Fire Country did when it premiered in 2022.

The show was instantly successful thanks to its ingenious plot and mostly loveable characters.

In search of redemption and a reduced prison sentence, the youthful convict, Bode Donovan, embarks on a journey that leads him to a firefighting program.

This unique opportunity returns him to his quaint Northern California hometown, where he, alongside a group of fellow inmates, collaborates with a distinguished team of elite firefighters.

Together, they confront and conquer colossal infernos that ravage the region, embodying the courageous spirit that unites them in their mission to extinguish the flames and restore hope to the community.

Fire Country Season 1 followed Bode as he tried to settle into his newfound reality while grappling with the consequences of his past actions.

Fire Country's freshman season is still burning brightly for CBS, but details about Fire Country Season 2 are already spilling out.

With a possible writers and directors strike on the horizon, the show will likely return to production sooner to bank some episodes for the fall.

But let's get to who's joining the cast of the second season of the red-hot drama.

Deadline broke the news Monday that Rebecca Mader is set for a key recurring role on Fire Country Season 2.

Mader will play Faye.

"Smart, stunning, funny and rich, Faye is the head of a private concierge firefighting company, and when she meets Manny (Kevin Alejandro) at an AA meeting, there's a romantic spark," reads the character description.

"Faye wants to recruit him for her firm and a romantic fling. Manny likes his job, but doesn't much like being alone, so Faye will have to settle for achieving fifty percent of her goals.

Lost Star Shares Sweet Reunion Photo
Image
Lost's Daniel Dae Kim shares a sweet reunion photo with a few of his former co-stars. Although the series ended in 2010, Lost hasn't strayed too far from conversations about television in the years since. The sci-fi drama is often credited with helping to popularize the idea of the "mystery box" show, in which viewers tune in every week to find out what the latest twist will be and even to try and solve it themselves. But that only partially explains the enduring appeal of the ABC hit, as a lot of viewers grew deeply invested in the characters thanks to the performances and chemistry of its cast — which led to a divisive final episode.

Kim, who played Jin-Soo Kwon on Lost, reunited with former co-stars Harold Perrineau — who portrayed Michael Dawson — and Josh Holloway, who is remembered for his portrayal of Sawyer. Meeting up over the holidays, Kim shared...

‘Once Upon a Time’ finale: Jennifer Morrison, Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas return for ‘Leaving Storybrooke’ series closer
Dania Ramirez in Once Upon a Time (2011)
“Once Upon a Time” ends its run in May with a series finale, “Leaving Storybrooke,” that will see the return of one-time stars Jennifer Morrison, Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas. They all left the show last year at the end of season 6, after Morrison’s character, Emma Swann, got her happy ending. She married her long-time love Captain Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) as her parents Snow White (Goodwin) and Prince Charming (Dallas) looked on lovingly.

Morrison has been seen only once in this season 7 reboot, which jumped ahead several decades and focused on her now grown-up son Henry (Andrew J. West) and his daughter Lucy (Alison Fernandez). Tapped for a return appearance in the third last installment, episode 20, is Jared Gilmore as young Henry who will figure prominently in flashbacks.

And Sean Maguire will reprise his role as Robin Hood, suitor to Regina (Lana Parilla) in the finale. Dare we...

Once Upon a Time: Returning to Storybrooke for Series Finale?!
Once Upon a Time will end its magical run later this year.

That news has been official for over a month now, and many have wondered whether the series will return to Storybrooke aka the town where it all started.

If you watch Once Upon a Time online, you will already know the action moved to Hyperion Heights from the magical city at the close of Once Upon a Time Season 6.

It was a bold move, but it made sense to advance the plot. There was only so many times we could worry about the fate of Storybrooke and everyone inside it.

‘Once Upon a Time’ canceled: No fairy-tale ending after seven seasons on ABC
ABC is pulling the plug on “Once Upon a Time” after seven seasons. Co-creators Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis had tried to take the fantasy show in a new direction this year after losing most of the original cast. While hard-core fans followed “Ouat” from its traditional Sunday time slot to Friday, the audience was not large enough to merit renewal by the Alphabet network.

This reboot built on the season 6 two-hour finale, which had introduced two new characters including a young man who has lost hope and now lives as a recluse (Andrew J. West) and his daughter Lucy (Alison Fernandez) who has her own book of fairy tales. He was a grown-up version of Henry (Jared Gilmore), the boy whose search for his birth mother Emma (Jennifer Morrison) to the dismay of his adoptive mother Regina (Lana Parrilla) kicked off the series back in 2011.

Morrison only returned for...

Once Upon a Time: Season Eight; ABC Exec 'Cautiously Optimistic' About Renewal Chances
Have you diehard Oncers been wishing upon a star? ABC Entertainment President, Channing Dungey, offers a glimmer of season eight renewal hope for fans of its Once Upon a Time TV show. The original storyline largely ended with season six, with the departure of stars Jennifer Morrison, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Josh Dallas. The series was then rebooted for a seventh season, but was also moved from Sundays to Fridays, where its linear ratings declined even further. West, Gabrielle Anwar, Dania Ramirez, Alison Fernandez, and Mekia Cox. Guest stars this season include former series regulars Morrison, Emilie de Ravin, Jared Gilmore, and Rebecca Mader. Rebecca Mader
Which Characters Could Be Coming Back in 'Once Upon a Time' Season 7B?
Rebecca Mader
Once Upon a Time has charged right ahead with its reboot season, introducing new characters, plots and leaving most of the old story behind. As the show heads into a relatively long hiatus the aggressive newness of the season has started to fade. Rebecca Mader's Zelena has returned to the show with (now adult) daughter Robin in tow. Regina, meanwhile, has almost replaced Henry as the series lead. Evidently this mixture of the old with the new is the start of a trend for Once Upon a Time.

Amy Purdy and Daniel Gale in The Amazing Race (2001)
Kevin (Probably) Saves the World star Jason Ritter has a superpower — but it has nothing to do with ensuring humanity’s survival.

In ABC’s high-concept fantasy dramedy (premiering Tuesday at 10/9c), Ritter’s titular self-centered hero willingly admits that he’s not a good person. He wasn’t there for his sister Amy (Once Upon a Time‘s JoAnna Garcia Swisher) and niece Reese (Liv and Maddie‘s Chloe East) after his brother-in-law’s death, and he rates “money, naps, girls, sushi [and] muscles” above his newly discovered higher calling.
