Wesley Amorim

Wesley Amorim, a music producer, composer, and guitarist based in Los Angeles, originally hailing from Brazil, is driven by a profound passion for a diverse array of musical genres. Renowned for his versatility and innovative approach to music, Wesley has a rich history of collaborating in genres ranging from Brazilian and jazz to rock, pop, and gospel. His musical journey includes the creation of multiple projects, such as Zamb'up and Simas Amorim & Amorim. Notably, he has also been involved with the music project for the non-profit organization Triumph Life Center, which seeks to spread uplifting, healing, and life-affirming music.

Wesley's career has been graced with the privilege of performing and recording alongside distinguished artists such as Roberto Menescal, Alcione, Neguinho da Beija-Flor, Baila Nova, and Jair Oliveira, with whom Wesley contributed to the Latin Grammy-nominated album 'Selfie'. He has also had the honor of gracing prestigious stages, including Carnegie Hall and Birdland.

In addition to his impressive performance background, Wesley has demonstrated his musical prowess by composing for a Nespresso commercial. Furthermore, he is embarking on a new and exciting path in his career, which includes film scoring and television. Wesley has already scored for the esteemed actor and film director Moses Verneau, and he has received mentorship from the 'Reel Change Film Fund' powered by SESAC and composer Christophe Beck, administered by New Music USA. Wesley has also founded his own label, WA Media Solutions, as he eagerly embraces the challenges and opportunities that come with this new direction and strives to further nurture and expand his skills in the field of film scoring.
