Actress Eliza Dushku, the Buffy The Vampire Slayer/Angel alumnus whose lengthy horror/sci-fi résumé also includes Rob Schmidt’s 2003 survival shocker Wrong Turn and starring turns in the TV series Tru Calling and Joss Whedon’s upcoming Dollhouse, will appear at La’s Screamfest this Saturday, October 18 to introduce her latest pairing with director Schmidt, the fact-based serial-murder drama The Alphabet Killer (pictured).
Texting Fango yesterday, Dushku stated that she’s “absolutely psyched about the Screamfest premiere” of Alphabet Killer, which takes place at 5 p.m. at Grauman’s Mann Chinese 6 (6901 Hollywood Boulevard).
