Prince William traveled to Cape Town, South Africa recently to celebrate the winners of his environmental Earthshot Prize Awards. On hand to announce and help William recognize each of the 2024 winners were models Heidi Klum and Winnie Harlow, actor Nina Dobrev, musician Tobe Nwigwe, and retired rugby union player Tendai Mtawarira.

During the ceremony, the Prince of Wales took to the stage to deliver an impassioned speech and declared it his mission to support environmental change and encouraged others around the world to join the “movement.” According to an expert, while William was “his charming self on stage” he showed some signs of “uncertainty” and being “overwhelmed.”

Blue Harbor Entertainment has acquired the distribution rights to writer and director Zia Mohajerjasbi’s “Know Your Place,” a drama about change and loss in Seattle.

The film features all first-time actors and stars Joseph Smith and Natnael Mebrahtu. It follows Robel Haile (Smith), a 15-year-old Eritrean American boy, who sets out to deliver a huge and heavy suitcase across town destined for a sick family member in his parents’ homeland. He and his best friend Fahmi Tadesse (Natnael Mebrahtu) embark on the errand together, when an unexpected turn changes the small task into an odyssey across Seattle.

Over the festival season, the film won several awards, including Golden Space Needle Audience award for best film and the New American Cinema Grand Jury prize at the Seattle International Film Festival.

“Know Your Place” will open in Los Angeles on Aug. 16 and will roll out regionally throughout the summer, opening in New York in the fall.

After his appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in January, where he unveiled the first leg of The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, Justin Timberlake announced additional dates for his highly anticipated tour.

This marks Timberlake’s first tour in five years. The initial North American leg is set to commence on April 29 in Vancouver, Canada, and span various cities in the U.S., Europe and the U.K. before it concludes in July at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky.

The second leg of The Forget Tomorrow World Tour will kick off this fall and will feature eight new shows across the United States and Canada.

The 43-year-old singer hosted his album release party on Thursday night (March 14) at Dan Tana’s in West Hollywood, Calif.

In addition to Justin and his wife Jessica Biel, attendees included Nsync members Jc Chasez, Lance Bass, and Chris Kirkpatrick.

Justin Timberlake is back with his sixth studio album!

The 43-year-old entertainer just dropped his album Everything I Thought It Was, his first album in six years following 2018′s Man of the Woods.

Justin‘s new album includes the single “Selfish” and a new Nsync song titled “Paradise.” The beloved boy band even reunited this week for a surprise performance at Jt‘s album release party in Los Angeles.

The album features 18 songs, including songs with Fireboy Dml and Tobe Nwigwe.

Justin will be back on the road starting in late April and he’s touring through the end of the year. Many of the shows are already sold out, so get your tickets while you still can!

‘NSync fans might want to sit down for this one. After teasing a possible collaboration on TikTok last week, Justin Timberlake has confirmed that he has linked up with his former bandmates on a new track for his upcoming album Everything I Thought It Was. The new track is called “Paradise” and is the second to last song on the album.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts marks the 7th film in the Transformers series, giving us a brand new narrative, new characters (introducing the “Maximals”), and some fresh settings in the 15-year-old movie franchise. Technically a follow-up to 2018’s Bumblebee, the film brings us to 1994 New York City, where the Autobots and new human adversaries have to band together to stop evil Decepticons from destroying Earth. While on the surface, that description might not sound like anything new, Rise of the Beasts brings a different style and atmosphere to the series, doing a solid job of reenergizing it.

American rapper Tobe Nwigwe is all set to showcase his acting prowess on screen with his performance in the upcoming film ‘Transformers Rise Of The Beasts’, which is all set to release on June 9.

Nwigwe, whose real name is Tobechukwu Dubem, said that acting in the film with “phenomenal” people had way less pressure.

Since he’s made a transition from making music to acting, which does he find more daunting, music or acting?

Some of it will fill some of you with a nostalgic glow and some of it will sound like white noise and make your head hurt. What you do need to know is that you don’t need to know or care about any of it. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is going to rock on regardless so you might as well enjoy the ride.

Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” continued its strong performance in the territory, collecting £4.2 million in second place in its second weekend for a total of £16.2 million. In third position, in its third weekend, Universal’s “Fast X” earned £1 million for a total of £13.3 million.

Occupying fourth place in its fifth weekend was Disney’s “Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3” with £993,389 for a total of £34.6 million. Disney’s “The Boogeyman” debuted in fifth position with £492,071.

There were four more debuts in the top 10. Avex Pic’s concert film “Suga – Agust D Tour D-Day In Japan” bowed in seventh place with £119,465, Trafalgar Releasing’s “Die Zauberflote – Met Opera 2023” in eighth with £104,669 and Vertigo’s “Reality” ninth with £62,987.

Paramount is delaying the release of the next animated feature in the Transformers Universe, Transformers One. Initially set for release on July 19, 2024, the film will open nationwide on September 12, 2024. Josh Cooley directs from a script by Andrew Barrer, Steve Desmond, and Gabriel Ferrari. The Robots in Disguise return to theaters with a new mission the weekend of June 9, and analysts are already crunching numbers for the film’s summertime debut. According to Hollywood trend watchers and number hounds, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts could make $68M to $70M in its opening weekend in the U.S. and Canada.

That number is impressive after 2018’s Bumblebee opened to $21.6M in the domestic market, while Transformers: The Last Knight did $44.6M over a $68.4M Wednesday through Sunday window. If Transformers: Rise of the Beasts performs as expected, the action-packed installment inspired by a nostalgic property will be another win for the recovering box office. For those keeping track, Fast X is racing toward a $60M debut, with Disney’s live-action version of The Little Mermaid swimming toward $110M. Love ’em or hate ’em, Michael Bay has helmed more hours of live-action Transformers mayhem than any other director. Steven Caple Jr. has taken the helm of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, but he told THR that he still reached out to Michael Bay for advice on the movie.

“You want to make sure you’re in your creative bubble when trying to design this world and build out the franchise, but similar to when I stepped into the Creed franchise, you call the ones who have done it before you, whether it be Sylvester Stallone or Ryan Coogler,” Steven Caple Jr. explained. “So I’m doing the same here. Joining the mechanical marvels for the exciting showcase is another nostalgic property, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem! Paramount Pictures, Skydance and Hasbro debuted footage featuring the newest installment in the blockbuster franchise inside the Colosseum at Caesars Palace during Paramount’s studio presentation. In doing so, they welcomed director Steven Caple Jr. and stars Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback to present the trailer on the big screen, just hours after the preview debuted online.
