Colbrunn's brother, Randall, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for
attacking a Halloween trick-or-treater in 1999. Colbrunn, who was
allegedly high on methamphetamine at the time, later told authorities
he thought the boy and his two companions were bugs trying to invade
his home. The boy is permanently brain damaged with developmental
problems and partial paralysis. (11 June 2002)
