Murran Kain is an Australian actress born June 28, 2001, in Brisbane. She grew up on the Gold Coast, beginning her acting career at a young age by attending various performing arts schools, where she trained in musical theatre and film. Her first film opportunity was when she was 8 years old in the form of a commercial. In 2017, Murran performed a solo at the United Nations in New York City. She was offered a leading role in her final year of school, as the titular character "Nightingale" in the Television series, Nightingale - Lonely Melodies. From there, she has been involved in many films, series and musical performances. She won Best Female Lead for her role in Beacon (2021) at the Sick Chick Flicks Film Festival USA.
