- Miles' cinematography was discovered by director Robert Zemeckis because Zemeckis' children are ardent fans of Warner Brothers' series "The Flash", which Miles photographed for three seasons. Zemeckis noticed Miles' lighting and camera work over their shoulders and reached out to ask to meet Miles and discuss "The Women of Marwen", a dramatic feature based on the award-winning documentary "Marwencol".
