- A Hollywood reporter, Lydia Lane, wrote a nationally distributed article about Stephanie Griffin's beauty secrets. One was that she used a very fine lead mechanical pencil to draw the tiny black lines on her eyebrows to make them look like hair. She also revealed that she used a secret pioneer recipe which she read about as a child that encouraged the growth of eyelashes and eyebrows. Stephanie was quoted as saying that using a banana peel "you scrape the soft white stuff from the peeling and mash it and stroke it on your lashes with your finger.".
- Sue Carol, Hollywood talent scout, while riding the Saks Fifth Avenue elevator in Beverly Hills, encouraged the elevator operator, Stephanie Griffin, to consider acting. Sue Carol was the second wife of actor Alan Ladd.
- As part of Stephanie's divorce settlement with David L. March in December 1956 she waived alimony and agreed to pay all community debts up to $4,000.
- James L. and Stephanie D. Raskin had three daughters. They are Kathleen C. 10/07/1958, Jamianne L. 08/24/1959, Tamara Cecile 08/18/1969. James Raskin passed away on October 20, 2004.
- Ciri's, a night club in West Hollywood on the Sunset Strip on Wilshire Boulevard, was where Stephanie Griffin was observed in 1954 at the age of nineteen ordering a powdered roasted grain caffeine free Postum beverage. Gossip columnist Harrison Carroll's report included her measurements: 35" bust, 22" waist, and 34" hips.
- Photographs of Stephanie by famed model photographer, Andrew de Diones in 1953 brought her to national attention.
- The second largest election in the USA (first largest the presidential election) was how the Rheingold Beer Company promoted its annual Miss Rheingold contest. Stephanie was one of six 1955 Miss Rheingold finalists for the $50,000 in prize money and modeling fees. The most votes were cast for Nancy Woodruff. Miss Woodruff had also vied for the title in 1953. The Miss Rheingold competition was held annually from 1941 to 1964.
- The National Broadcasting Company produced the first nationally televised color broadcast of The Tournament of Roses Parade on January 1, 1954. In the parade Stephanie Griffin was aboard the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs float as Snow White. Her appearance was featured in an article, "Crashing Hollywood -- Stephanie Griffin," in the September 7, 1954 issue of Look Magazine.
- Stephanie attended a nursery school on Escalona Drive in Santa Cruz, California USA conducted by Mrs. J. C. Young.
- Her death wasn't reported until being published by Western Clippings in October 2023.
