Guillaume Soutter is a French-Swiss private investor and brand manager of intellectual properties in the kids entertainment space. He is known for being the co-founder and co-owner of PGS Entertainment, a privately owned family investment group in entertainment.
He first managed the international distributions of animation titles produced by Method Animation, such as the very famous titles "Iron Man" (2008) or "The Little Prince" (2010). Later, Philippe Soutter and his brother Guillaume also invested in The Jungle Bunch TV special, first CGI made-for-TV movie from TAT Productions. PGS built a global strategy for the title, which soon became an international success with 26 shorts, 2 produced seasons and acquired by leading broadcasters across the world. Since 2010, "The Jungle Bunch" franchise won 10 awards and became France's first animated TV series to win the prestigious international Emmy Award for Best Animated TV Series of the Year.
In 2013, PGS joined as a distributor the reboot of the "Alvinnn!!!! and the chipmunks" TV series from Bagdasarian Production, in co-production with technicolor Animation Production. The title is now on leading broadcasters such as Nick, Super RTL, Gloob, Pop, RTBF, Télé-Québec and more.
His other works includes the TV hits Playmobil's Super 4 (2015), Robin Hood (2015), Zak Storm (2017), Monchhichi (2017) and a first theatrical movie in 2017 with Tall tales from the Magical garden of Antoon Krings (2017), which he co produced.
Soutter is a member of the International Emmy Academy Awards.
