Don Ramey Logan Jr. (born December 14, 1961 in Hollywood California, raised in Newport Beach, Ca) is an American actor, producer & director as well as a world class photographer with featured photos published all over the globe. He is also one the premiere aerial cinematographers in the industry today having worked with the FAA on its current regulations for UAS systems in controlled airspace.
Logan is the CEO of MDI Films. Logan specializes in aerial, aviation, maritime video production. He holds a single and multi-engine certification as a part 61 Single and Multi-engine aircraft pilot and is part 107 certified for UAV commercial operation. He is also an avid yachtsman.
Logan was one of the original digital video entrepreneurs with his programming efforts working with the San Francisco Canyon Corp. and has been involved in the digital film industry since 1989, first as a developer with a Microsoft partner, later moving on to become one of the creators of streaming video as we know it today.
